Since getting his feet upgraded to six toes per foot, Jake was going barefoot most all of the time.  He said it was cause his shoes pinched, but Brian was pretty sure it was cause he liked showing off.  Not that Brian minded; he’d always liked Jake’s feet, and now, well, Brian had a hard time keeping his eyes off them.

“Give ‘em a rub for me, would ya?” said Jake, swinging his feet up onto the bench next to Brian.

“Sure thing, bud,” said Brian, trying not to sound too eager.

Maybe, Brian thought, as he started to massage Jake’s widened foot, he should get his feet upgraded too.
