stop being scared to accept you already have what you want.
a new perspective & some tough love for any of you who have ever worried about the law not being real, being scared to fully accept your desire, worried it won’t happen, or feeling like nothing is working. 🤍
law of assumption is always working. no matter what. part of you may feel like when you’re not focusing on the law or when you’re not talking about it it goes on pause but it does not. you can go a day forgetting it exists, a week, months, even years… it doesn’t matter. it’s still there. it’s still doing its job. you’re still assuming and shaping your reality. even if you’re not thinking to yourself “okay, im gonna decide this is my reality now” you are still deciding again and again and again eternally. freaking out about a certain desire (or the lack of it in your reality) is assuming that you do not have it and keeping you in that cycle of feeling like it’s not yours which will only continue to keep you in the version of reality where you do not have what you want.
it’s simple, really, it’s like when you’re at a coffee shop and you know you want the chai latte. when you’re about to place your order, you worry it might take a long time, that you want it in 5 minutes but it might take 15, or that they’ll get your order wrong, or that maybe they ran out of chai, or the barista will laugh in your face about what you’re ordering. and you stay there thinking over and over all the million possibilities of how your order could go wrong instead of just ordering your damn chai latte! you told yourself you wanted your chai latte by 10:15, and you got there at 10:05. but you sat around racking in your mind all the bad possibilities (or generally just forgetting you’re literally at the cafe already) and you check your watch and it’s now 11:30. you’re so scared of wasting time, yet the “time” you’re so scared to waste, has already been wasted. because you’re too scared to just place your order.
except, when it comes to the law of assumption, there is no wait time. time does not exist. you’re scared the law won’t work but you spend so much energy scaring yourself into not doing anything to deal with your anxiety. but the thing is, you don’t even have to accept your anxiety. that itself is an assumption. all you have to do is realize everything you accept as true has no choice but to be true. it’s that simple. it’s a perfect formula, it cannot fail. there are no exceptions. ZERO!
you did not “fail” to manifest the outcome you wanted. you successfully manifested the “bad” one. you were just so scared of the wrong outcome, that you accepted that without even realizing you had accepted it as true. you kept repeating it to yourself every single time you thought about the good outcome, and that is what you decided was your truth. the 10 hour saturation sessions don’t matter when the first thing you tell yourself after them is “it’s probably not gonna happen” or “what if the bad thing happens?” or anything of the sort. that is what you accepted.
you’re so scared of simply ACCEPTING what you DO want that you’re giving so much power to the negative outcome you fear so much and all the “time” and “energy” you’re scared to “waste” on the outcome you want “in case it doesn’t happen” is exactly WHY it’s not happening. stop telling yourself the outcome you do not want. stop even entertaining it. it is not possible. it will not happen. it cannot happen. the only reason it can happen is because YOU allow it to.
you know what you want. accept it. that is all you have to do.

now don’t piss me off anon. intend to shift (feel the intention, let it settle don’t just say words with no meaning) and then just let it be. sit with it. if it’s uncomfortable tell yourself that means it fucking worked. because you’re getting through all that conditioning that tells you you need to work to shift when that’s bullshit. it worked. let it work. go to sleep. rinse and repeat until you get your desired results! train your mind out of believing you need to work.

BECAUSE YOU ARE TRYING TO CONTROL IT!!!!!! THATS WHY THATS THE POINT. you tune in when you decide you do and it’s not going to click forcefully (again that’s you trying to control rather than accept) SIT WITH THIS!!!!! when you decide to shift, SIT WITH IT. don’t do anything. don’t control it. don’t ASSUME what you’re supposed to feel or what’s supposed to happen just SIT WITH THE FUCKING CHOICE PLEASE. hi shay!! i was wondering if you had any tips on being in the moment while shifting without checking for changes in the 3d? i struggle with not knowing what to do after my method is done + while waiting for the actual shift because sometimes i feel like nothing is happening when i attempt. ty!!!
hi, srry for late response!
so the trick is you don’t wait. you just let it be. after your method you go straight into being in your dr like you’re already there. if it feels compulsive to check the best way is to redirect instead of resist. every time you wanna check, just sink deeper into your dr. if you feel the urge to open your eyes, imagine what your dr ceiling looks like instead or sumn.
or if you catch yourself looking for signs/symptoms, replace it with describing something in your dr in your head. don’t let looking for signs keep you stuck. instead, remind yourself “ok i’m already in it, i’m already living it.” your job isn’t to check if it’s working because it is. it always is. for everyone. nobody never shifts. i refuse to believe that. the shift is ALWAYS happening but it’s our job to accept it. how do we do that? through embodying. if you keep embodying, the conscious mind eventually gives up trying to poke holes in your logic and boom—you’ve shifted.
now this doesn’t mean to keep yourself up for hours with thoughts about your dr! when your method is complete, you should focus on going to bed and if you find yourself thinking in your head some doubts or limiting beliefs, you just redirect once and say “but that’s crazy bc i’m in my dr rn.”

your consciousness is not physically bolted to this reality. if it were, you wouldn't have dreams, you wouldn't hallucinate, you wouldn't even be able to visualise a beach
every single time you imagine anything, that's proof your awareness can move
the brain cannot distinguish between imagined and real stimuli
this is literally the foundation of sports psychology, trauma recovery, even hypnosis. your body responds to what your mind accepts
multiverse theory and infinite timelines and particles reacting to observation and particles being in two places at once. YES. reality surprisingly is not a fixed hallway. it's. like. a soup
it is a vibrating probability field where everything exists at once and your assumptions decides which apple you'll be plucking from the tree
you don't wake up every day aching for a dream unless that dream is real somewhere. yearning is evidence
no one cries for a lie this hard. no one builds entire worlds from scratch unless the blueprint is embedded in their soul
you are a shifter because you remember something the rest of the world forgot
so even when you feel yucky, even when you're numb and weird and shaky and done, you're still you. and they're still yours. and the world is still waiting and and this is not the end.

Could you please, please tell us what to do with 3D while waiting for it to change/catch up? Or is it wrong thinking? But how to change it if I hate being here? I affirm i am in my dr and nothing...
stop waiting. the idea of waiting for the 3d to catch up is already the trap, if you say you're in your dr, then thats the truth NOW. but theres nothing to wait for
when you see your cr, do not treat it as evidence proof of bla and la and ka ka ka. why, because it doesnt confirm or deny anything.
stop giving it the job of deciding whats real

the core rule
decide the fact you want. don't check if it has happened. et voila.
i , how 2 decide a fact
pick an outcome in either present / past tense. you can then say this either out loud or in your head, but it doesn't matter.
i got into x.
my skin is clear.
i have shifted.
i got a text back.
money is easy for me.
ii , the don't check policy
checking = testing, timing, stalking, measuring, asking for signs, mentally poking to see if the needle has moved.
not checking = not giving doubts weight, if your brain reaches for it, you answer with the fact and return to what you were doing.
but what if i get negative thoughts? ❜
you say that regardless that doubt, you still have it. and so you keep living on. and if you accidentally check, that's fine. it's already handled unless you decide it isn't.
handling the three usual hiccups
❛ i don't feel it , that's alright, because feeling isn't required. a decision, even one, is always enough. let your emotions catch up later.
❛ i keep changing my outcome , the urge to tinker is just giving your 3d / cr more weight. but as always, you can say that regardless that, you're where you want to be.
❛ i check, check, check my 3d , say that it has already happened, touch grass, either literally or figuratively, and move on.

❛ do i need a technique or method? no. of course not. the technique is deciding and moving on.
❛ do i need belief first? no. belief often solely arrives after the result since your brain sees it and decides it's true. so get there before your brain and be your own faith.
❛ can i decide that deciding works? very much yes. meta facts and their wonders.
❛ what if i want multiple things? then decide you have them all. you can. you always can.
