Note: These are just my personal observations and recurring patterns I've noticed over the years. Take what resonates with you and leave the rest. Saturn Rx in 12th house is like not knowing whether what you're building is solid or about to collapse. It may feel like building castles on quicksand. It’s like chasing stability with fog in front of you, and you can’t see where it leads, so you learn by messing up first. This placement is like grabbing water with your hands.

Saturn in 12th house makes you realize late in life that pouring yourself into people, jobs, or dreams that quietly drain you, then realizing the only way forward is to leave it behind. It’s that heavy truth of learning you can’t fix everything, and not everything you work for is meant to last. Your growth comes from letting go of what feels comfortable but empty and forcing yourself to move toward the unknown. Saturn here teaches you that real strength is in choosing solitude over false stability. I have seen many with this placement divorce after 15 + years of marriage (if they got married before 30).

Mercury Rx in 11th house natives are the odd ones out. You might struggle to move on from circles that have already left you behind. Déjà vu online. Conversations pick up exactly where they fell apart, and the same issues repeat. Group chats feel draining because you’re half in, half out, but still can’t fully leave. Jupiter in 10th house is like half your career wins come from being in the right place at the right time. Connections open doors for you than degrees. Your public image can expand fast, so mistakes feel extra loud too. More than one source of income after 28. Clout chasing can be a shadow side for this placement if afflicted. Can be involved in too many things at once and ends up doing things mediocre.

Jupiter Rx in 10th house can give good results if the natives work from home or start their own business after 28. Early career would feel unstable, underpaid or even unemployed. If you share your work online, it barely gets noticed, but others post half the effort and blow up. Opportunities slide into your DMs years later, not when you need them.

Saturn in 9th house can make a native experience racism or some form of discrimination in foreign lands. Additionally, the spouse can also reside in the same city. Higher education is either delayed or faces struggles or may drop out. Spouse's sibling may not get along well. Can be either closed-minded or live in a bubble.

Saturn Rx in 9th house natives might struggle to connect with people of different cultures or ideas, or religions. They may hesitate to speak up in classes or situations. Travel issues and may need to spend a lot of $$$ to make things happen. Often have to do everything by themselves. Something always goes wrong.

Mars in 8th house people may have an ex who passed away or at least went thru a major surgery or trauma in their lives. In some cases, legal issues. A magnet that attracts the crazies. It’s easy to focus on the losses instead of what’s still there. An unexpected pregnancy if not careful. Abortion or miscarriage in some cases. Sensitive photos can get leaked online if not careful as a revenge.

Mars Rx in 8th house people would prefer to be celibate for life rather than get into situations they consider troubling. They move on easily from their exes, if they even have one. Calm on the outside, storm on the inside. Exes or lost love trigger obsessive thoughts and quiet resentment. They bottle everything in, letting disappointment and longing eat at them quietly. Breakups or heartbreak affect their sleep, appetite, and energy for weeks. Mental health issues, in some cases.

Jupiter in 7th house natives, in some cases, can be attracted to both men and women. Sometimes attracts people who expose their insecurities. Breakups can feel like personal failures. Can be too used to being alone and independent, and hard to pin down. Strong opinions and might believe their beliefs are right.

Jupiter Rx in 7th house natives may have had parents who divorced early or may have an absent parental figure in some cases. Could still be in the "closet" or may not express their needs in the relationship. Can prefer online relationships over something real due to uncertainty. Can be into role-playing games or chatrooms.

Note: Chiron conjunct Moon as you will see has been quite the common occurrence to me lately lol, I'm sure it has been like that for some of you as well! I found the actual effects (once experienced) to be quite surprising i.e not what I had assume it would've been like.

Getting some sort of verbal recognition, authority figures talking about or praising you, in retrograde it can be indirectly. I have this in my current LRC, I had to write my part of a memoir that will be published following a tragedy that happened to university students. I was part of the psychological first aid team that came to visit the surviving victims & their families at the hospital they were stationed in.

Earning more money this month, getting a promotion, being able to buy more or finding that "it" item for yourself. Feeling generous with your money.

Posting more on social media, being present and seen more online. You could share more of yourself, and be "discovered" more as well. Other than that, you may be seeing your friends or being surrounded by more people/social events this month.

Being more productive, being seen and respected, being valued, put under some kind of spotlight (could be a presentation of sorts, or people asking you to do something as a group representative etc).

Examples

Mercury combust (within 8-10° of Sun) makes their brain more intense and pressured, very overwhelmed. Their thoughts race and get messier, communications gets more blunt or harsh. Mental fatigue and miscommunication are common for them. Mercury cazimi (within 17° but close as combust) supercharges Mercury. It makes their brain operate at peak power, clear thoughts, confident decisions, precise communication, and problem-solving feels effortless.

They filter info thru usefulness rather than interest. They like to fix problems by tightening they systems and cutting out the errors.

Mercury in Capricorns are those think long-term, moving slowly but steadily. They cut through the fluff and get right to the point. They learn best when there’s a clear structure or ladder to climb. They filter things thru “does this help me get to where I’m going?”, fixing problems thru planning and discipline.

Mercury sextile Ascendant people come off as naturally clear and easy to talk to. The way they speaks matches their overall demeanor so people feel like they get them. They’re good at both casual chat and getting their point across with confusion.

Mercury in the 6th housers are always thinking about work, chores, or health. They talk in specifics and how-to’s. Their mind’s are always running on fixing, tweaking, optimizing.

Mercury in the 12th house natives tend to be rather private, hard to read and come off drifty/elusive. Their brain works on the background, connecting dots in weird or nonlinear ways others can’t quite grasp, maybe not even them at times. They talk in a more indirect or creative ways than direct conversation.

Mercury in the 9th housers focus a lot on big concepts like philosophy, politics, travel, and culture. They like debates and learning new ways to see the world. They tend to talk about big picture things more than day to day topics.

Mercury opposite Lilith, their thoughts or words can come off provocative, taboo, or rebellious. Tends to have tension with this though; sometimes they censor themselves, sometimes it just blurts out. This is a random post, I'm just gonna talk about some astrology placements/aspect/degrees etc that makes me think "oh, thats dope". Just little posts until I find inspiration to get serious abt posting astrology again lol.

🎧 Mercury-Uranus/Jupiter aspects (Primarily Trine & Intense Aspects like Conjunction): These individuals are the definition of yap sessions, either that or they're smart as fuck, they're the types to go IN on whatever their topics of interests are and within 1 hour of studying it can tell you about it's origins up until the present. They're also just mental vaults for some reason, the type to just know shit for the sake of knowing. These individuals have interesting taste too, when it comes to music, writing, etc. they're creative asf and can listen to just about anything.

🎧 3H Placements!!!!!: dude I'm lowkey sick of 3H placements not getting enough credit but this is literally a powerhouse house, I'm gonna talk about another house that it's similar to–in my opinion–but, having a planet or celestial body in the 3H or even asteroids like Industria, Academia, Destinn, etc in that house just makes someone a genius. Especially if Mercury is in this house. These people can be very witty and that's something we lack in verbal interactions nowadays.

🎧 Uranus 1H & 10H: These individuals give "revolutionary", mainly because Uranus is in those angular or what I like to call it "in your face" houses. But, they are just different without even needing to try, their aura exudes it and they're not really the types to fit, I knew someone with Uranus in the 1H, highkey, they were a dope ass person in terms of interest and hobbies.

🎧 Pluto in 3H, 11H & 9H: I love these houses so much and what they all have in common is this "genius" characteristic. For all of them really, they may know a lot of information that they tend to withold/gatekeep. Though they can be outcasts, their rich knowledge is their best inner quality whether or not they are fans of higher education. They're the types ro be "Students of Life".

🎧 Another is any planet at 22°, these people can be alchemists and honestly have a lot of power, this is a Capricorn degree so durrh, but! It's true! Infamously known to be a kill or be killed degree, it has an intimidating vibe and it lowkey makes someone a "threat to society" where that degree is located, in other words, they hold a lot of power if utilizing the energy correctly.

🎧 Strangely enough, Cancer Mars: These individuals are "harmless" but are vengeful and calculating, it especially depends on what it's aspecting in the chart. Nothing else, I just think it's cool.

🎧 Fortune at Gemini (3°, 15°, 27°) degrees: idk why but this always screamed communications major & study abroad to me, for these individuals, their voice and using it is their key to success, and using your voice is quite literally necessary for everything you do in life. These individuals can take interest in podcasting, music, news anchoring, business, writing, talk shows, reality shows, social media influencing, and so much more!! They tend to have endless interests, and are good multitaskers.

🎧 2H/10H(MC) in Gemini, Sagittarius, Aries & Capricorn. AMBITIOUS! That's the only word I can think of, these individuals are just like what I observed right above this one, they have multiple interests and may want to do everything. These individuals may just have a drive of simply money and can possibly adapt to most occupations, they might have worked very different jobs and possibly like the idea of hustling, they might have made money at young ages too and continue to have a consistent drive and goal. (PS. I almost added Scorpio to this one but it didn't seem right)

🎧 Virgo Venus: I must say...As a Taurus venus myself, I love this placement. Virgo Venuses can be though picky but have refined taste, if this placement aspects their ascendant too it's kind of like bonus points because it especially shows up in their style. They remind me of Ikebanas and neutral colors. Interesting.....🤔

🎧 Afflicted Mercuries: Even though it's not right on the surface, they're pretty interesting. Sagittarius Mercury has humor and potential wit, Pisces Mercury has the creativity and imagination and honestly, I'll also add in if Mercury aspects Pluto, because if they're an artist it's a chance they got some valuable ass ideas.

🎧 Individuals with Saturn prominent in their chart (Sun/Moon/Ascendant/Mercury-Saturn, Saturn in an Angular house, Saturn Ruled, Saturn Dominant, Capricorn/Aquarius Sun, Capricorn MC, etc.): If you check one or more of the boxes, this is for you. Seriously, Saturn doesn't get the rep that it deserves, yes trials and tribulations are necessary for these individuals and they maaaaayy not have much room to play like others, but they're here on a mission, tiring yes ik. I'm with y'all🫩. But, the rewards are fruitful if they use the energy correctly, when they reflect and grow, they are far more ahead of others than they may think. There's balance to everything no matter what so, slow success = long term success for these individuals. Also, they're cool because naturally those who fit this category tend to be naturally "cool". I can't fully describe it lol.

🎧 Mars Aspecting Neptune/Jupiter/Uranus (leaning more positive aspects) Another underrated creative aspect imo, their drive is rather interesting because it could possibly just come out of nowhere, their energy can be rather magnetic and alluring oooo I said everyone's favorite words 😏.. But seriously, these individuals could be dancers, or just like being active in general, if a negative aspect you might struggle with activity.

🎧 Asteroid Polyhmnia (33) in Angular houses: these individuals are TALENTEDDDDD. No doubt about it, this asteroid is connected to having "multiple talents" and if it's prominent in your chart, 👏🏽. I think that's super cool.

Retrograde Saturn in Aries 19° in the 4th House & Reverse Nodal Return in the 3rd House

I'm going to get very personal and very candid. This experience is subjective to me; some of the subject matter may be triggering. Read at your discretion.

This is not an open invite for pity, I genuinely just want to express my experience objectively.

I just wanted to reflect on my Saturn Return so far... Saturn moved into Aries on May 25th and will remain there until September 1st, going retrograde on June 29th.

I want to provide a personal background about the previous Saturn transits that I had experienced and how that ties into my Saturn return. You can’t explain your Saturn return without giving a backstory.

August 23, 1997; 2:25 PM: 0 years old

I was born.

A Capricorn Rising Filipino-Chinese baby born with a Virgo Sun in the 8th with a Taurus Moon in the 4th house.

Natal Saturn is in retrograde, sitting in the 4th House of ancestral karma, roots, the home, and your history. It's in the sign of Aries the brazen, brave initiating warrior at the 19° degree, dealing with transformation, creativity and the pursuit of a higher understanding. Chart ruler is Saturn, where the father of time makes contact with my chart, I feel its effects by 10 fold.

The story surrounding my birth is embedded with a lot of mystery, but from what I was told. I was given birth by my biological mother at the age of 20. I was born in Tondo, Manila. The most impoverished neighbourhood in the entire country. The slums of the Philippines conceived in a measly shed. I would be under the supervision of my biological mother until I was 6 months old, and I was left in the street as I was close to dying of malnutrition, covered in fecal matter. I was blessed to have been saved by the paramedics and brought to the hospital. I was about to be adopted by a family whose sole purpose is to prove a point to their biological kid that I would be moulded in such a way that would make me into the perfect child. I had been noticed by a doctor on sight who had an interest in adopting me. The doctor would then pass me to an old woman who would be my then-grandma. ‘This is the child that your father held in my dream,’ I would then point to my now mother and choose her to become my Mom.

Despite the conditions surrounding the state of my conception into this world, the doctors had been surprised that I was a healthy baby; the only disease that they had discovered was the fact that I had been diagnosed with syphilis. A sexually transmitted disease that can only be received from the biological mother, which at the time, my Mother had been prostituting herself. From 3-5 years old, I would regularly sit in the hospital on the weekends for treatment. My early childhood consisted of needles in my skin and a family consisting of only women (Aries in the 4th house).

I wouldn’t know it yet but this little baby would have a story that compares to no one else’s that she knows.

Aries Saturn Square transiting Cancer Saturn (6/3/2003-6/16/2005): 6-7 years old

While I don't remember much during this time, I had immigrated from the Philippines to Canada as I was 6, turning 7. I know for most immigrant parents that reason is for their child to have a better life... my Mother's reasoning was different. I had almost been kidnapped as a byproduct of my racial ambiguity because I am Filipino-Chinese, I look more Chinese than I do Filipino, and that left me very desirable amongst child traffickers as I looked different from everybody else. Additionally, my Mother was a single mother, and I have no father.

Saturn in Cancer is transiting in my 7th house, with my 7th house ruler (moon) natally in my 4th house. Saturn, the Father, and Moon, the Mother, were at odds with each other before I had any concept of what parents were.

I was 6 when that had happened, and soon after I had boarded the plane to move to Canada as I was about to turn 7. We had landed in Vancouver, British Columbia, with my Chinese relatives. What I had assumed would be where we would set up roots was shortly followed by a permanent relocation to Calgary, Alberta.

My mother and I had lived in a basement room similar to the one in the Korean movie Parasite. The landlords, a 'married couple,' were cruel towards my mother and me. The wife would often cut off the heating to our room or not allow my Mother and me to even wash our clothes, while the husband was a creep towards me, a child.

A literal physical manifestation of Saturn the Father and Moon the Mother affecting my natal chart.

That was the first time in my life I had understood what it meant to not feel safe at home, and that feeling of trying to find a home still lingers to this day.

My Mother would spend the majority of her days working entry-level positions just to put food on the table, as our financial circumstances often left me to entertain myself. So what would I do? I would go play with other children who had traditional families. I would even sneak into other people's backyards and entertain myself on their playgrounds just so I understood what it feels like to be in a home. I spent the majority of the time raising myself, as a result, I would often look for validation at school through friends and understanding men by the boys I had a crush on. The TV was my best friend as I had flipped through subtitled programs to have a better understanding of the world. A little girl who's not a native English speaker became fluent in English within 4 months and was removed from the ESL program.

She navigated new terrain with no one walking by her side and that's when she realized…

Mother was a guardian more than a parent during that period.

Aries Saturn Opposite transiting Libra Saturn (10/29/2009-04/07/2010) & (07/21/2010-10/5/2012): 12/13-14 years old

A lot had happened from 7 to 12 years old... 5 years and a new school, new people, new home, new extended relatives, just as my Saturn in the 4th house intends it to be so.

The period when I was 12 years old was when I finally got the affection that I had waited for from my childhood crush. Imagine having a crush on someone for 4 years of your elementary years, to one day randomly get a confession through a digital dictionary 'I like you.' Transiting Saturn in Libra was sitting in my 10th house, conjunct my natal Venus in Libra in the 9th house. Although the boy that I liked was Filipino, he was born in Malaysia and doesn’t look Filipino either. His feelings deepened while I was travelling around Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, and the Philippines... (9th house, long-distance travel). Our puppy love blossomed to inevitably lead to my first kiss. 2 young children transitioning into their teenage years as their relationship began to die as Saturn moved into Scorpio.

He was my first introduction to what a man's impact would have in my life.

Now... the time of 13-14 years old would lead me to the present day that I would have never expected. At 13 years old, I was navigating an onslaught of new emotions, trying to find my footing amongst teenagers who didn't solely originate from my elementary school. travelling far and wide just to attend classes. Teenage self-consciousness weighed on my shoulders as if my life began and ended within these slabs of concrete.

Additionally, during that time was when I was first introduced to Korean pop music in passing, 14 years old was when I was fully indoctrinated, and my first boyband was none other than SHINee as I laid my eyes on the blonde man, Kim Jonghyun. The man who started it all. It was also during that time that I experienced a panic attack. My obsession with Korean pop culture and its influence in my life would be the only saving grace I would have during that time, as I had experienced isolation like none other. My Mother didn't understand me, and I didn't understand myself. I had all of these emotions that had nowhere to go other than the extracurriculars I could participate in, which had been Theatre and Band. Most importantly, SHINee.

That was the first time I was introduced to a world that I had never known.

Just as I had turned 15, as Saturn stationed direct in Scorpio I told my Mother

‘I don't see myself staying in Canada for the rest of my life and I don't want to.'

Virgo Nodal Return (11/12/2015-05/19/2017): 18-20 years old

I got severely bullied in high school, everyone had ganged up on me because of one girl's tweet that went viral at my high school stemming from the fact that I looked at her differently. Everyone in my life had left or associated themselves with me for the sake of knowing my personal life. I had no one in my corner, and the loneliness that I had felt was extreme. Anxiety and suicide were constantly on my mind to the point that I told my Mom that I didn't see myself living past the age of 30. High School concluded, and the worst was behind me. The toll on my mental health left me to graduate with subpar grades and lowered my eligibility for any universities in my home city. I decided to redo my high school courses to get a better shot at entry.

During that time, I was on dating apps out of curiosity. I ended up meeting someone.

I lost my virginity at 16, although I don’t count it as that was driven by the peer pressure surrounding intimacy. However, this man, whom I had met, a Koryo-Saram (ethnic Koreans from former Soviet states who descended from Koreans who lived in far east Russia) would undoubtedly affect the trajectory of my life. I would consider him the man that I lost my virginity to because all I wanted was to be safe and seen. The kicker? He was also going through his Nodal return, as he and I are only born 17 days apart. Same North Node sign, both having Virgo stelliums. During that time, we were hooking up almost every day to the point that it became a ritual; we would be going to each other's houses, or he would pick me up from the academy just to feel a sense of intimacy. The very obvious elephant in the room was our unconscious attachment to the other. Although I was messing around with other men at the time, he was the only one I truly felt the most at ease with and still to this day. No matter what would happen, we would ultimately circle back to each other. The story between him and me doesn't end there...

He is a part of me that I have never shown to the world, a part of me that I could lay myself bare, free of judgment. Just him and I, barely saying much to the other, yet our eyes were communicating the unspoken truths.

Aries Saturn opposite Capricorn Saturn (12/19/2017-03/21/2020): 20-22 years old

Earlier, I had mentioned that I’m a Capricorn rising. The tests that fell into my lap during this time forced me to confront my ENTIRE identity. Aries Saturn square the transiting Capricorn Saturn in my 1st house, conjunct Neptune.

My extended family and eventually my immediate family found out that I was sleeping around with random men. They cornered my Mom and me, revealed the truth to my Mom with evidence of what I had been doing. I never brought up that man because he’s one aspect of my life I truly wanted to keep for myself. His presence in my life will forever be locked away in a box tucked in the attic of my heart.

During that time, I had already made a pretty significant decision which is to move to Nanaimo, British Columbia for University. Back to the location where I had first immigrated to, but not really…

My family disowned me, and my extended family never spoke to me again. The relationship between her and I was already strained on top of my grandmother’s death, on top of another death that I had been trying to grapple with that no one knew about… Jonghyun’s. It felt like the universe dealt me a bad hand, and I had no choice but to sit there and take it. I moved out. I said goodbye to him as we had kept in contact and expressed how much we missed each other, unsure if we would ever meet again. I moved as far away from my Mom as possible. Away from the chaos that I had endured in Calgary.

I moved into the university dormitories. There I would meet my guy best friend, my eventual condo roommate, and my then first boyfriend. It’s the first time in my life that I experienced reverse culture shock. I had grown up around immigrants and people of colour all of my life, but it was my first time navigating a predominantly white space. Racial inequality was something that I had never experienced in my life.

During my first week of university classes as I began my Tourism Management degree, I encountered a poster in the business lounge for the opportunity to study abroad. ‘Study in South Korea at Chung-Ang University’ I said out loud ‘That will be me’

In the first semester of university, I was experiencing life as a university student with my dorm mates while navigating the shortcomings of independence. For the first time in my life, I had to learn how to be self-sufficient in every aspect of my life alongside others learning for the first time as well.

At the time, I had started to like my guy best friend after we had slept together. He’s the first white man I've ever slept with, and I just happened to end up getting attached to him. My first boyfriend at the time was helping me navigate my feelings for him, which would eventually lead us to become best friends, leading to a turning point of friendship turning into feelings we had for each other when we finally slept together. However, shortly after, he would admit that he doesn’t want anyone to know about your relationship and would rather remain as a hookup partner. I disagreed, and we dated until we broke up. We were amicable until everything between us started to get shaky. I was still extremely depressed during that time, and he was the final nail in the coffin. On top of it, I was failing school miserably with no direction in life. I was one bad day away from getting kicked out of university because I was on academic probation. School was shit, I had no friends to lean on, and we were just incompatible as people, and he began to say things I did not agree with. I would eventually become a close target of domestic violence, and that was the night I wanted to kill myself. I had reached my breaking point, and I tried to drink bleach, but didn’t follow through. Instead, the following morning, I tried to overdose on my antidepressants. My mom begged as I was lying in the hospital, and what he told my Mother verbatim was,

‘If she’s truly my friend, she should go and apologize to me’ over my possible dead body.

Guess what his Sun sign is? Capricorn.

That’s when I was submitted to the psych ward, and beside me was a woman who was experiencing psychosis, which was my wake-up call to never be in this position ever again. I got my psychiatric evaluation, and I convinced the psychiatrist to let me go. So I did, as I walked home, I told my Mom I needed to take a break from everything.

I went to Europe. England, Scotland, France, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Greece, and Spain. Planned my entire itinerary and went. That trip redefined who I am. I loved meeting new people and travelling to places that I had never been. It reminded me that I truly love to see the world in every capacity, good and bad.

When I came back from Europe, I decided to change majors from Tourism Management to International Business because I wanted the opportunity to work in a foreign country, and I also had a feeling that tourism wasn’t going to be sustainable. But before I left, I had met someone else. A British man through my British best friend at the time, which they had been roommates that I had stayed with during the first leg of my trip. I came back not wanting to waste time. I started to apply for part-time jobs in my small city, got 2, applied for summer classes, had 6 classes back-to-back scheduled, bought a bike to save money and exercise. End result? I got straight A's, lost a lot of weight, earned money, and the best part? My British ex visited me in Canada. The trajectory of my life had just progressed as I started to get As in my courses. The same year that my boyfriend had visited me, I had visited him in England. Eventually, we would meet halfway geographically and spend time in Toronto. All of my friends at the time were exchange students, so I got a taste of that feeling of unfamiliarity. Then, the pandemic happened.

Aries Saturn Return & Virgo Nodal Reversal (05/24/2025-09/01/2025;02/14/2025-04/12/2028) & (1/11/2025-07/26/2026): 27-30 years old ONGOING

Back to the drawing board.

Previously, I had mentioned that I was going to study in South Korea… well, I moved to Seoul in 2023. 2020-2022 Although that move didn’t happen during a Nodal Return or Saturn Return, it laid the groundwork for my future.

Now I'm in my Nodal Reversal and Saturn Return.

I met a man during my Nodal Reversal, and the patterns that I had with my first boyfriend? Repeated. Guess how I met him? A newly landed immigrant whom I met through a Korean conversation organization in my home city. Pisces North Node is transiting my natal Pisces South Node in the 3rd house. Every flaw that I had in myself, he held a mirror to. The jokes write themselves, his rising sign is a Pisces; moreover the Pisces's glyphs have 2 fish, he has a twin sister.

An almost relationship that was about to form eventually led to both of us crashing out about each other. My avoidant attachment style was on display. Since then, I haven't reached out to him or the organization. It brought me back to a brief moment in time about the behaviours that I was engaging with previously with my ex. What's worse was when that had happened, it had a domino effect.

Mom: That guy you brought home one time.. did you guys fuck?

Me: Yes, we did.

Mom: How did you meet?

Me: Through a dating app

Mom: Why did you do that'

Me: Well, I'm being honest so I'm not going to lie to you.

Mom: I just don't know if you'll continue to disrespect me in my own house again.

There it is.

Leading up to my Saturn return was a deep introspection.

'I need to move out of my Mom's house permanently'

I stayed off social media for 20 days, hoping things would change between me and the guy I was interested in. I logged back on as I boarded the plane to Seoul, and nothing.

The realization hit me... he doesn't care whether I live or die, so why am I waiting for something to happen? I sat in reflection and contemplated who I truly am.

Imagine a simple crashout from a guy who doesn't have his shit together, who decided to impulsively board a plane to Canada to run away from his life in South Korea to move to Calgary at 34 years old that would force me to reevaluate my generational trauma.

I dismantled everything. Why do I have avoidant attachment issues? I was raised in a single parent household where I had no siblings and my sense of accountability was always skewed. I had been so used to being left alone that I started to become a master at leaving when there was any slight inconvenience. I tried to fix it with him, my attempt fell flat. I thought I could run away, but he beat me at my own game.

A man saw right through me, and that was the first time that had ever happened where I had willingly admitted it. My ego was bruised.

I went to South Korea to be with support systems and here comes the Saturn Return. Keep in mind that in my astrocartography chart, my Saturn is near South Korea.

You know that feeling when you thought something huge and significant would happen? It didn't. Saturn moved into Aries on May 24th, and I was alone going from club to club in Hongdae because I wanted to do something for myself. I had lied to my friends and told them I was too tired, but in actuality, I wanted to be alone.

There was a whirlwind of feelings that were brewing in me and it was feelings I couldn't pinpoint about the people that I cared about at the time. It was a distance. I had even said to my best friend ‘I want to grow up and I'm ready to move on.’ I tried to make sense of it and what my purpose was in Korea. At the time I had told my best friend that I couldn't see myself living there long term, just visiting.

Now looking back trying to understand my feelings better about my trip 2 months later... it was disappointment.

Not out of Korea but the people I was with. The expectations that I had weren't met and reflecting on it, I wish I had gone without anyone's knowledge or had travelled elsewhere. Everything that I had known about these people was slowly unravelling and in the process so was I.

The catalyst? The Koryo-Saram that I had mentioned earlier. Him and I had met 2 weeks ago, it was the first time in how many years we had a serious conversation about our respective futures. The conclusion of our conversation... the end of us is near. I'll be moving and he'll be moving. We're outgrowing the lives we had once known. As I was already in the process of letting go the universe told me through him:

'It's time to move on for good’

For the first time when I was with him, I felt detached. He was going through the aftermath of a serious breakup with his long term girlfriend in his Saturn return. He's depressed and unsure about the direction of his life. A complete narrative flip from when we had first gotten to know each other…

Nothing super life-altering has happened so far, if anything, for the first time ever... I'm in a state of calm. I've been accustomed to navigating chaos for most of my life, that I feel like I'm being given the opportunity of peace with no one bothering me, as I continue to pursue my soul's calling.

Now in the midst of my Saturn Return what can I honestly say l've learned and realized.

At the end of the day, it's just you. You is all you’ll ever have and it's your responsibility to be yourself and to fix yourself. You is all you'll ever have

Look at every single person in your life objectively with no bias.

Ask yourself, what purpose do they serve and should you continue in the category that they’re in?

Release any and all expectations for anyone around your.

Detachment is the greatest skill you can learn in your life.

To learn to entertain casual connections and not hyper fixate on intensity.

Accepting everyone as they are and how they've consciously decide to be in this life time.

It's not your responsibility to fix people or lead them to a better path. That's their soul's journey, not yours.

Step into what your soul truly wants out of this life time.

These are my own observations and experiences so its totally fine if you don't relate. I am not an astrologer either so please take everything with a grain of salt.

🎁 Venus in the 2nd house has got to be one of the most peaceful years financially. There is no shortage of money when it comes to buying stuff that you love. I discovered my favorite food place that year and spent so much on food compared to any other year. I also spent on games that I enjoyed playing. Might make you a bit spendthrift at times, but with no major casualties. It’s really hard to save money though. But people were giving me money without asking too :)

🎐 I was known as a playgirl the year I had Lilith in the 1st house. I handled so much bad reputation and controversy... it’s funny. Guys kept getting attracted to me for no reason, and girls envied me to the point of shaming me for getting male attention. A girl legit told me—and I quote—“It’s not good to throw yourself at everyone.” Bbg, I never approached him in the first place.

Fire Moons (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius)

As a fire Moon of course it makes sense that you seek thrill and spark in your friendships! There’s nothing better for you than a shared sense of adventure with people you love. You cannot sit still and will go to great lengths to come up with a purpose, a plan, a scheme — whatever it may be, just to experience it with friends. The journey is the destination. You’ll do things just because, as they gain importance out of the sheer fact that you live through them together. You can’t stand it when your friends prefer to stay home and do nothing (as an earth Moon, that is my idea of fun, sorry guys😭).

Extraordinary experiences and photo album worthy moments are what ties you together and are the source of the feeling of belonging. You love fast-paced hangouts that create memories. When any obstacle comes up, you have the ability to transform it into something that only strengthens the bond — you’re not afraid of challenges as you’re aware that they’re just as important in maintaining a friendship as easy moments and shared laughter are.

One thing about earth Moons is that they are yappers😭. Just not in the intellectual academic philosophical way that air Moons are. They will bring up the same story over and over again, especially if it involves a heartbreak.

Food, talking and the perspective of having no other obligation — that is what heaven looks like for you guys. You tend to be all about the physical so getting cosy and comfortable, on a couch, with a glass of good wine is almost crucial in order to get real with them besties. Air Moons (Gemini, Libra, Aquarius)

Each day that passes, my Air Moon friend bombards my phone with text message notifiactions. And it makes me feel so loved. Those are often the most random stories from his work but words cannot express enough how honored I feel that he chooses to text me every single day. Like I feel almost intimidated and awkward sometimes, you know?

You guys cannot ever be out-debated on literally any topic under the Sun. You're also extremely observant and like to discuss everything later with your friends. There is a level of detachment here, so it almost reminds me of a meta-language hahah. Gemini Moons are airy+mercurial which makes for a diabolically intelligent combo. Also, as Moon is our core, our emotions and safe space, when it is touched by Gemini energy, friendships tend to play a big role in the native's life. Libra Moons almost always deliver with great gossip about their love life fr. Like where do you guys finds these men. As I've stated in me previous post — I consider Libras intellectual and erudite. Water Moons (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces)

Water Moons remain the biggest mystery to me. Like they can be anyone and anything. Your friend groups are usually kind of obscure and hidden, containing of people seemingly having nothing in common with each other. Reminds me of an enigmatic, good-looking clique in school that everyone is dying to know more about.
