3RINGS x 5YEARS. Experiencing your favorite team win World Series 3 times in 5 years is a blessing. I鈥檝e been watching baseball games since I was younger. My dad would take me to Giants games since I was about 7 and fell in love with the game. Experiencing the first World Series win back in 2010 was unbelievable. The whole city was going crazy! Celebration at AT&T park until morning was the best experience because everyone was just on a high about finally winning in San Francisco since the last time they won the World Series was back in 1954 in New York City. The celebration they had for the parade was indescribable, The city was alive with joy and love for their team, about 1 million people attended the parade so there was no service anywhere and you couldn鈥檛 find anyone because it was just a sea full of black and orange. People flew across the country just to experience it. The 2nd time they won the World Series in 2012, no one thought it was possibly again. But they did it, and the city went wild. The parade was on and this time around, I got to be on TV. Being on BART at 3am for the parade was something they kept playing over and over again since BART was on strike. When they won this year.. It was unexpected, coming from a wild card team to winning the World Series was what we like to call, Torture. We were the underdogs because KC hasn't won a ring. But I know these boys were fighters and once their in the playoffs, they go all the way. Never lost faith in those boys and never will. I will always be a San Francisco Giant.
