Craving Mexican Food

Tonight is all about spicey! It is truly a night of a craving!  Once I eat it i will have a better name for tonights dish but so far it is just what i was craving. 

Ingredients:

Meat and Veggies

1 roasted Jalepeno 

2 Bell Beppers chopped

1 TBSP Minced garlic

1 medium onion chopped

1 lb Grass Fed Beef

Light layer Deep Chile Powder

Light layer of Turmeric

Directions:

Bring heat to medium and put 1 tbsp of Olive Oil, place onions and garlic until it is caramelized. Next bring in the vegetables and cook on low. Finally put in the meat and cook that until there is no more red

Mexican Corn

2 Cans of Whole Kernal Corn

1/4 Cup Mayo

Deep Red Chile Powder

1 TBSP of Siracha Sauce

3 TBSP Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

Open Cans of Corn and drain the liquid.

Cook Corn for 3-5 Minutes

Combine Sauce: Mayo, Siracha 

Next combine the Parmesan and the Chile Powder.

Refrigerate until ready to serve 

Black and Brown Beans 

1 Can Black Beans

1 Can Pinto Beans

Directions: Simmer until you can make them into a mash

GLUTEN FREE RICE

I followed the recipe on the bag but what a find to have something be gluten free tonight! 

Hoping for a wonderful outcome shall ask the family what they think of it tonight. 

This started as a clean eating meal until the C O R N came about and well gotta ROLL with it.

OWN IT

Went to the Ob appt this morning and they tell me i’ve gained the max weight for the month which is 2lb per week you can do the math. Im BAFFLED because i eat healthy and go on walks as much as i can at least in a mile. well shoot i look tiny and eat healthy. Pregnancy has its own roadmap and God’s design of weight gain. This girl WILL NOT complain about being even curvier than before! 

So in conclusion, I have to Own my new body and what shall come in the last three months of this pregnancy and say I’m doing all I can and clearly my little girl needs those pounds for her advantage! Cute and Chunky Coming right up! The only time its acceptable to have this much weight gain.

why do maternity clothes advertising show women in high heels. what girl in their right mind in third trimester would wear high heels all the time. Aint nobody got time for that.
