SRAM creating this original clip was such a clever choice! Not only does it allow us to see Jakov and Eva be properly as a couple, with him teaching her something he loves, letting her into his world, but it also serves as a final moment like this, the calm before the storm, if you must.

We know what's coming, we know things are about to go south again but before that, SRAM is reminding us that this is the *now*, this is what's going to crumble, this is what could've survived if Eva hadn't made that one mistake. It's a reminder of what could've been.

Such a clever addition to the Ep7 Clip list.

Jakov and Eva both suck so much that you just spend every episode alternating which of the two idiots you’ll pity

Vanessa calling out Jakov without even knowing half the story is a perfect example of a story being able to feed two plots at once and reaching the viewer at the same time. And that's a sign of a well done show.

The fact her critic was meant to Tina but perfectly fits Jakov and Eva's situation, ensuring she'll be thinking about this is just so smart.
