I finally have the courage to make the logo

For funzies, here's the process of making it

(Long post)

My plan on making the logo was mostly revolved around my artsona/mascot

Along with reusing old logo designs

Sketching the new logo was pretty fun!

Each represents the parts of my mascot

I asked my friend for some help since the sketches weren't clicking :'3

So, I ended up choosing their idea because it had the click hehe

After that, I started making it using Adobe Illustrator since I didn't like Krita's vector tool

I gotta be honest, I had a hard time making the wings so I had to search deeper for better wing references in Google

With a little adjustments like the shape, alignment, and color

I managed to finish it and I love the results !

I also made some variations in terms of coloring like:

Solid black

White

White w/ a black outline

Simple Color

Rendered Color

Finally, the breakdown of it ! Each part of it has a representation of my mascot

For the first break, from the wings and tie's knot represent the ":3" face that my mascot has

Next, the iconic red necktie it had

The angel wings

The halo

Lastly, the necktie forms the letter 'J' from my artist's name : D

And that's it, thank you if you ever reach this far This was pretty fun to make and I am planning to animate it soon (very looking forward to that!!!)

This is my fav plate for 3D animation class wherein we have to sculpt a room whether fictional or not

And I chose a living room from the Netflix show titled "Bee and Puppycat" (2022)

Ngl I miss doing 3D stuff, maybe someday when I have a better computer wahhh
