T-minus five days until opening night and as excited as I am to see my kiddos perform, I also feel like I’m going to throw up everywhere. Is it normal to be this nervous? I don’t think I’ve felt this nervous since I was performing, I thought it would be less nerve-wracking on the other end.

Well, I look forward to being backstage and helping out wherever needed. I could understand you’re need to throw up though. Those nerves can really get the best of you. I think it will get easier as time passes with the more shows that you put on.

Have you met most of the rich kids who go here? They are fundamentally unbearable, makes me want to vomit 99% of the time. They don’t know pain and probably won’t because mommy and daddy will get to pay their way through everything with no repercussions. I don’t know if it’s all for attention, maybe, this is a school for dramatic people after all so it’d make sense but I think some people are just born that way. 

I have, yeah. Not all of them are unbearable, but a good bit of them are. I can see why you feel like that though. I’m not really a judgmental person, so I can’t exactly say that, but yeah. This is a performing arts school after all, so I guess it’s the right place for dramatic people after all. Looks like we just paved our own way in this school of dramatic people, I guess.

Guess so, except for the 1%. I think they don’t suffer at all except for doing something like… Not paying their taxes. It’s a nice change compared to all the big personalities that roam the halls here, so take it as a compliment. 

Yeah you’re right. The 1% is just..unbearable most of the time. Maybe not all of the 1%, but yeah. I’m more of a chill type of person. I don’t want like any unwanted attention, you know? Sometimes attention is nice, but it’s not a constant that I need. But I do take it as a compliment. Thank you.

Hm, well maybe one day I could pry ‘em off of you. Nice to know everyone has their own demons to deal with, even the boy next door types. I mean, you aren’t too terrible on the eyes there.

Maybe. Just maybe. We’ll have to see. Well, that’s life, isn’t it? Everyone pretty much has skeletons in their closet. Boy next door? I guess because I’m nice, that’s makes me the boy next door. Not too terrible still means that I could just be decent looking, so I guess I’ll take it.

You should always expect the unexpected– especially around me. Insert ominous tones, right here. Since it was a truth I had to pull out of you. I don’t accept it. 

You’re welcome. I try to be respectful of everyone, unless they give me a reason not to respect them. But I completely agree with you about the popcorn. It either has to be smothered in butter or kettle corn. Maybe even caramel popcorn too. A snack for publicity? I’d have to keep talking about popcorn. Oh really. Well, noted. You didn’t have to pull it out of me at all, but okay.

I think it’s fair to stop talking about them, it’s not like they’re sponsoring us, haha!  Please, take it as a compliment, I meant it in such a way. But now would be a great time to give me one. Kidding. Mostly. 

You sound very confident in that fact. I respect it. Corn Nuts just taste awful to me. I tried them, didn’t like them. Very true. Sorry not sorry, Corn Nuts, but no sponsor, no publicity. I do take it as a compliment, very much so. Just wasn’t expecting it. But I could also say that you’re not bad to look at either, which would be the truth.

It helped me cope with things from my past. Get everything out there with no repercussions so I could deal. Yeah, I could see it, but those are very personal to me. Yeah, I don’t wouldn’t have put two and two together. Why I am cute. Thanks.

Ohhhh, that’s such a dumb thing to call it then! We should call it skip day! Although, I guess that would be confusing too, like everyone could show up and start skipping through the hallways all day. 

Seems like I was the only one who missed the memo, though, so maybe we’ll just keep it as it is. 

Uh..I don’t think so. I mean, it’s called Senior Ditch Day for a reason. You just ditch school. I don’t think people would really want to skip through the hallways, but that could just be my opinion.

I think you might be interpreting it wrong. I’m sure senior ditch day is where you just skip school and go off and have fun for the day. No ditches involved.

Not scandalous, but secretive? I can get on board with that. Obviously, Mr. Hummel-Anderson. Or… The Anderson part of that. Twinklegay #2 is reserved for Hummel. Wow, that was so cheesy that I actually think I tasted it.

Yeah those are not very good. It was something I mainly did for therapy. But like I said, you’re more than welcome to look over the other ones. Honestly, I had no clue who you were talking about. I do now though. Yeah, yeah. I can’t help it. It’s something I grew up doing since I was little in church, and just fell in love with it.
