Week Four Blog

February 11th to 13th 2025: Checking the submission of students in their weekly blogs ,creating tables and list of students who submitted on LMS. I explore the lms platform I gain more knowledge on how to check the students activity and also how to use it. Understanding the excel, it gives me a new knowledge that I know someday I can use it in my future work. I realized that mastering the Microsoft excel and word document has an advantage in work competition. For me watching tutorials on YouTube gain new ideas. I believe that continuous learning and being adaptable in this world is a key to success.

February 3, 2025: These dates, FBBD Business altar and pastor start an opening prayer and message to our god to his blessings that given to us. She said that we are proud of being the child of God, every challenge that is given to us gods knows that we face the challenge that's why every day we pray to our dear God to protect us to our work and daily life. FBBD company is a religious company I feel comfortable and connected to god every time in the business altar. My tasks are transactions in any different bank and notarized documents. The third week of my internship I learned a lot and kept learning every single day. I pray for my strength to do any task and I pray to guide my journey I wish to god to protect me mentally, physically and spiritually.

February 4, 2025: I organized the receipts in a transparent envelope. I assign in front desk to assist ma'am Carla if she needs help in transactions.

February 4, 2025: My task is recycling the old envelope I removed the old bond paper to use it in the new document.

February 5, 2025: My schedule in months of february at the lewis college doing excel and checking the blog of 4th year students. Creating an excel format is slightly hard but I understand the function of every format and how to use it. However, ma'am janela told me a favor to notorized the paper in part of burabod.

January 28, 2025: These dates, all employees and staff of FBBD attending in business altar it's like bible study connecting to our god and being grateful to his blessings everyday. One of the pastors gave a little short story about what God gave to his blessings she said that it's important to have a list of wishes and prayers also when you write the list always to me specific and take an action on your wishes. One thing I remember from his story is having spiritually stable. When you feel depressed but you are financially stable it's a sign of lack spirituality. Sometimes we forget our faith to our god That's why we feel lack of purpose and hopelessness, I believe that this FBBD company changes my perspective in life not only mentally but also spiritually and also I believe in god all this plan for me I feel comfort with people who connected or religious people. My tasks are transactions in BDO and creating labels in construction supplies.

January 29 2025: I'm going to a transaction in different banks the first bank I deposit is RCBC bank and the next transaction is BDO. This is my second transaction sometimes I make a mistake in doing a transaction but it's given me a new lesson. It's okay to make a mistake, without a mistake it means I didn't try. So as an intern I still do and learn every transaction in different banks and staff of the banks It helps me how to talk and socialize in professional persons.

January 31 2025: Last day of January I'm so thankful for the lesson in this month of January this my three lesson of the month first lesson is be present to things in front of you, don't be always thinking the future or the past or truma, the past gave us a lesson and future is a mystery to us no one can predict it. Second lesson is god always protect us every single day that's why we need to pray always.Lastly my lesson is to always do our best every day do our task or obligation to make ourselves better.

February 1, 25: First day of February new opportunity my tasks these days are organizing the blue print and seal on it. Different plans and blue print I organized before approved by my advisor.

Week one in FBBD

January 16, 2025: Week one as an intern I update the documents and blueprint of the company. Changing the serial number and dates is the first task that given to me it's okay for me because it's easy to do the task. also cut the receipts and put a stump on it.

January 17, 2025: Creating label in construction supplys after that I assign into Botox trading construction supplys to organize the items into the different places and put a label on it. As a no experience with this task it's hard to find different kind of items based on their names or classification. That's why I need to familiarize the items to improve and have a new knowledge about in this task and I also realized that there are so many differents classification supply items in construction supplys and they are different purposes in construction industry. Moreover, it's important to double check the label every single items to avoid mistake, when comes in electrical outlet for example volt or amper that's why we need to double check on it to avoid accidents.

January 18,2025: These dates, me and my partner Mr. Ej Palma went to a bulusan construction site to conduct inventory one of the construction workers I asked her where the checker of the site was. He said on the second floor checking the materials. The checker assists me because I'm not familiar with the construction material. After that creating a written report to list what are the missing materials and recovered or used. it's important to list down every single item to avoid over cost.

January 19, 2025: I assign in bibincahan site to conduct inventory with Mr. James checks different materials like electrical materials, structural materials to secure the inventory are correct to the list. I learn about the names of the materials and classification on it. I also learn to double check the materials if it's in good condition and the right places to avoid damages and generate cost.

January 20, 2025 One of the staff lead an opening prayer for that day after that he opened up and said the word of the day was said "attention" in order to learn something you need to pay attention to and have willingness to do the task or work. I realized that is a true, we have to pay attention to things that align with our goals that's why we need to track our progress if our behavior and habits are aligned with our goals. My tasks on these dates, are organizing the documents and contract of FBBD.In 1:00 pm I going to BDO to deposit it's my first time to deposit but as an adaptable student I can handle the fear and be flexible.
