Ven Pongal Recipe
Moong dal, rice and other spices go into the popular South Indian salty and spicy dish known ven pongal recipe. Usually, it is served for breakfast with sambar and coconut chutney. This dish is most famous in Tamil Nadu, but it is also popular in other South Indian states.
There are many healthy breakfast recipes available in South Indian cuisine. Usually, these are fried or steamed dishes made from rice or lentils. Pongal, also known as Khara Pongal or Spicy Pongal is one such simple recipe.
I prefer sakkarai pongal over ven pongal recipe but not as a breakfast dish but as a dessert. however, in recent years, khara pongal has become a regular part of my day, especially for breakfast. It is simple to prepare, easy to make and, most importantly, healthy. The fact that it can be made without vegetables is also the best part of this dish. Rice, moong dal, dry fruits, and spices like black pepper and ginger make up the basic recipe. However, I also use vegetables like finely chopped carrots, beans, peas, corn and even onions. However, this is only a variation; If you are only interested in the standard spicy pongal recipe, please keep it simple.
The ven pongal recipe as i mentioned earlier is easy to prepare but there are some tips, modifications and suggestions. firstly, while making this recipe, i strongly suggest to use equal quantity of rice and moong dal. Some people prefer a 2:1 ratio of rice and moong dal, but for the best flavor, use a 1:1 ratio. secondly, you can use any kind of rice in this recipe. however, the most preferred rice for this recipe is sona masuri rice or raw rice. lastly, before using rice and dal in the recipe, roast them with a spoonful of ghee. In fact, it will aid in the aroma release of the dish. Having said that, the rice and dal are to be lightly roasted, not browned. So let's know how to prepare Ven Pongal recipe.

A simple and easy pan fried nibble pakoda recipe made with green moong dal and mixed vegetables. It is a perfect solid rainy season or thunderstorm lunch time nibble known for its firm and crispy outer layer surface and delicate and sticky inside. Apart from being eaten during lunch, it can also be eaten as a side dish or as a morning meal due to its high protein content Mangode Recipe.
Pakora or vada dishes are extremely common in Indian cooking. It is mostly prepared with flour or vegetable or a mixture of both for fresh and crispy surface. They are generally preferred for their excellent pungent taste. yet, there are different types of pakora recipes which are known for their filling power and mangode or moong dal pakora recipe is one such recipe.
i have posted a few recipes of steamed dumplings, however this recipe of moong dal mangode is one of the high priority sound bites. This is basically due to the use of moong dal and more so the mix of vegetables. uniquely, i have used green vegetables and spices to make it interesting and tasty. also, due to the use of lentils, it is one of the filling rotisserie snacks. thus, apart from serving it as a dinner, it can also be served as a morning meal dish or as a side dish in your number one rice dal combo feast. i make it exceptionally for my morning meal and extend it for lunch as well. Try this presentation and let me know if you like it.
furthermore, some additional tips, ideas and variations to Mangode Recipe dal pakoda recipe. right from the beginning, i have used exceptionally shelled green moong dal for authentic taste and flavour. however, it can also be made with a variety of pulses with a similar mix of vegetables. Under no circumstances can it be called Mangoda. Beyond that, I'd suggest adding whatever number is allowed. Try adding finely chopped vegetables so that it is more easy to cook and deep fry at the end. You can add vegetables like carrots, peas, cauliflower and even broccoli to it. Finally, these are molded into a round ball and then into a rotisserie. However, the size is not basic and you can shape it as per your decision and inclination.

Veg Frankie Recipe
The streets of Kolkata are where this popular Indian street food originated. it is also known by various names like, kati roll, frankie food, frankie recipe or Veg Frankie Recipe. basically salted vegetables are wrapped with chapatti or wrap bread or to which pureed tomatoes and green chutney are added to enhance the taste.
Kathi Kebab was the traditional name for the Frankie dish, and was usually made with layers of paratha. however, there are now many frankie recipe variations, especially as street food.
paneer frankie, in which i added grated paneer and other vegetables, is a recipe i have already shared. I also made paneer kathi roll from the left over chapati. anyway in this recipe i use multi grain wrap which makes it more doughy than regular flour rolls. The Veg Frankie Recipe also has grated paneer, but most of the ingredients are mashed potatoes and capsicum. in addition, other vegetables like green peas, carrots and even mushrooms can also be added. in any case, i have kept it simple with just potatoes and capsicum.
furthermore, some important hints and recommendations for the ideal vegetarian fry recipe. first and foremost, considering that the boiled and mashed potatoes have immense moisture content, add breadcrumbs to mix it. If you are not able to give the shape of a cylinder to the fried vegetables, then only you should add breadcrumbs. in addition, i have used multigrain envelopes as per this recipe. however, leftover parathas, rotis and chapatis can also be used. lastly, if you like spicy veg frankie then you can serve tomato sauce with schezwan sauce over roti, wrap or paratha.
Ingredients for Veg Frankie Recipe:-

5. Now after this we have to add mashed potatoes in it.

7. If you do not have paneer then you can skip paneer.
8. Now add chili powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala and salt as per taste.
9. Now all the spices have to be mixed with the potatoes, it has to be confirmed by tasting it once.
10. The spices have mixed well or the taste of the spices is well in the whole potato.

12. Now when the stuffing gets cold, apply oil on your hands.

Paneer Fried Rice Recipe
A simple recipe for fried rice made with vegetables of your choice and paneer cubes. in essence, this recipe is an extension of the famous vegetable fried rice topped with marinated paneer cubes. It can be served with Manchurian or any gravy-based curry, making it an ideal one-pot meal for lunch boxes or even for dinner.
pan sear recipe is very common and common road food in india nowadays. There are many imaginative dishes made with rice, vegetables or meat, or a combination of these. Paneer Fried Rice Recipe, in which paneer is used as a protein source, is one such desi stir fry recipe.
i have posted few rice recipes till now but this one combines indian and chinese flavors in a fresh way. The main reason for this is the combination of paneer with boiled vegetables and rice. I love this recipe for two reasons. There's a reason that my number one fixing here is cheese. Moreover, the second, the recipe is in the form of paneer pan sear. I really hate straight up fried rice recipes. Along with that, I need some protein. Since I am a vegetarian, I always pair my fried rice with a potato based curry or dal fry. Having said that, it tops the protein balance in the recipe.
Paneer Fried Rice Recipe at any rate, i would like to end this post with some tips, ideas, variations for a perfect paneer broiled rice recipe. firstly, for this recipe, dry or leftover basmati rice is highly recommended. If you want to use freshly cooked rice, take care to make it moisture free by drying it on a plate. Other than that, with regards to detailing vegetables, it's completely simple. Basic vegetables are included, but you can easily experiment based on your own preferences. finally, i have used fresh desi made paneer 3d squares for this recipe. You should use fresh locally made or locally obtained cheese 3D squares that have not yet been frozen as ice.
Ingredients for Paneer Fried Rice Recipe:-
To marinate and roast the paneer-
200 gram cubes paneer
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
¾ tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp oil
For fried rice-
2 tbsp oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
½ onion, finely chopped
4 tbsp spring onion, chopped
½ carrot chopped
4 beans chopped
¼ red bell pepper chopped
¼ green capsicum chopped
3 tbsp shredded cabbage
1 tsp chili sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp
3 cups cooked rice
Method to make Paneer Fried Rice Recipe:-
1. To begin making the Paneer Fried Rice Recipe, the first step is to marinate the paneer.
2. For that we have to first take a big bowl to marinate the paneer.
3. Now put paneer pieces in the bowl and add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, and salt.
4. Now everyone has to mix it well and keep the paneer for 20-25 minutes.
5. Now put oil in the pan and heat it. When the oil gets hot. Marinated paneer pieces are to be put in hot oil.
6. Now roast the paneer on medium heat till it turns golden brown. Do not cook the paneer for a long time, otherwise the paneer will turn into rubber foam.
7. Whose taste is not good at all to eat.
8. Now we have to take a big pan, put oil in it and heat it so that the oil becomes hot. So add finely chopped garlic clove and add onion in it.
9. Now the onion has to be roasted on high flame.
10. Now add carrots, beans, red capsicum and green capsicum to it.
11. Now roast the vegetables on high flame till half cooked.
12. Now put cabbage in it and fry it while stirring for a minute.
13. Now when the vegetables are cooked, add chili sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, crushed black pepper and 1/2 tsp salt.

Every beginning baker's to-do list definitely includes making a chocolate cake. Because of the many ingredients and equipment required, baking can be a little intimidating to start, but you can make a cake without an oven. There are many other techniques that can be used, but my favorites include steaming cakes until they are puffed and tender and baking cakes under pressure. The amount of batter you use and the size of the pan will affect how long it takes to cook. It took me about 50 minutes to bake one small cake, which yielded about 10 large-sized cakes. I used a 5 liter premier pressure cooker made of aluminium. You can also use the cooker that you have at home. It will include the recipe for eggless chocolate cake recipe.

Milk Barfi Recipe
You all know that the festival holiday is coming. So friends, today I am going to share with you Milk Barfi Recipe of milk powder based, halwai like khoya white barfi. It will be better and fresher than the super market burfi.
This time instead of making sweets from the market, make this delicious barfi at home in 10 minutes. It is very easy to make it at home, it has a simple recipe and it is also made very easily Milk Barfi Recipe.
Milk Barfi Recipe: Ingredients needed to make white barfi:-
2 cups full fat milk powder
½ cup full fat milk
½ cup sugar
5 crushed cardamom
5 tbsp desi ghee
Chopped pistachios for garnishing
Milk Barfi Recipe: How to make white barfi: -
1. The container in which the barfi is to be kept should be greased with ghee first. If you have butter paper, spread butter paper in the container and make it smooth. If you don't have butter paper, that's okay.
2. To make burfi, grind sugar and small cardamom together. To light the gas, keep a nonstick pan on the gas. Add ghee and after it melts a little, lighten the gas. After the ghee melts a little, add half a cup of milk to it and mix well.
3. Then, add milk powder to the same and mix well and evenly. It should be cooked very slowly, and after two to three minutes add powdered sugar.
4. Now mix the sugar powder well in the milk. Take special care not to add sugar to it. Instead, it should be powdered because if we add sugar to it, it will not melt well.
5. Because it is cooked on very low flame. You can increase or decrease the sugar.
6. On adding powdered sugar, it will become liquid. So, fry it well and turn the gas to medium at this point. Small cardamom seeds will also be visible in it.
7. If you do not add milk powder to it on medium heat. So there will be lumps in it. Now it has to be cooked till then. It has to be cooked stirring continuously until the barfi becomes solid. Because milk powder starts burning very quickly.
8. The cooking time is five minutes, but be careful not to overcook it as overcooking can make it tough.
9. We don't want to make it tough, so we cook it to get rid of the raw taste of milk powder.
10. After roasting well, take it out in a plate or tray greased with ghee. First, you will remove a small amount of the mixture from the plate to see if it has started to set up well.
11. Now keep it aside in a tray. We'll smooth it out with any ladle. Sprinkle pistachios on top and press lightly on the pistachios. Now wait for two hours for it to cool down.
12. Let it rest at room temperature for two hours, then after a certain amount of time, cut it to your liking to ensure a perfect finish. If you slightly heat the knife, then this barfi will be cut easily.
13. Your white barfi is completely ready, you can make it on any auspicious occasion.
