I would say this is one of the biggest problems with people who are joining gyms and who want to reach something just for them self's. You will hear people say: I want to have big but and this and that, BUT I DONT WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT 馃 And others want to loose weight but DONT WANT TO CHANGE THEY EATING HABITS. So there are always a choice you need to make. IF you want to gain lean muscle you need to eat. And IF you want to loose weight, you need to change your eating habits. Simple as that.
