Vitality, mental clarity, digestive fire, physical strength, immunity. These are the result of strong Stomach Qi. The Stomach meridian covers the front of the body. Keep it open and flowing with postures like camel, lunges, and wheel. Build the fire with peacock pose, plank pose, crow pose - postures that tone the abdominal muscles. Keep it strong with healing foods like Lentils, mung beans, sweet potatoes, ginseng tea, ginger and avoid heavy or processed foods. Worrying and overthinking can weaken the Stomach.
