Is violence against women really still getting debated??
Violence against women has to stop. I am shocked (sort of) that this is a topic people still find debatable. People still feel the need to ask where the statistics are being pulled from, how accurate they are, and how I'm sure that half those people aren't making it up because.....that's what women and girls do...you know...for attention. There is nothing debatable about the fact that every hour 5 women are being murdered by their families. Look at Pakistan, rated the worst in the entire world for women's equality. 35 out of every 100 women will see violence at the hand of their partner. On average girls who are even allowed the privilege of going to school, only go for about two years. Pakistan ranks 170th of the list and the US ranks 19th. This is not just a woman's problem, this has to stop, but it won't unless we all take action.

Loved this video, especially the poster that said "Claim back the night" it's one of those Iykyk type of sayings. As a woman, my day shouldn't end at nightfall.
