So i'm not continuing my story today BUT i'm doing a little practice story to get into the swing of things again

And what a better way to do that but to make it depressing and sad...Wait?..What

ENJOY

"Oh I didn't know you had to get groceries, Of course i'll come pick you up" William says through the phone

"Hey William can i come? I wanna get something from the shops?" Max asks

"Of course Max you don't need to ask, Will you be alright Chloe?"

"Yeah I better start cleaning out my room like mom asked" Chloe says

"Good girl...Alright lets go Max"

William and Max head off to pick up Joyce while Chloe cleans out her room

"I love this song....Burning the midnight oil" Max says

"My favourite as well....Burning the midnight oil again" William starts singing

"So what you getting from the shops?" William asks

"It's a surprise for Chloe actually"

"Ooohh what is it?"

"You shall see" Max says

BANG

"well that worked much better than expected...Don't think mom is gonna be happy with the black on the floor tho" Chloe thinks to herself

"Better try and clean as much as I can..Don't want another wine incident" Chloe says as she gets up to find something to clean it with

20mins later

"Ugh this shit is not coming off i'm better off covering it up instead" Chloe decides to move her bed over the blast hole so her parents won't notice

She carries on cleaning her room and getting rid of things she doesn't want

"I can't believe Max is moving to Seattle in 2 days...What am I gonna do without her?" Chloe starts thinking

"I'll never get to tell her how I really feel towards her...UGH" Chloe starts getting angry and decides to just lay on her bed

Meanwhile

"Yes 911? We need an ambulance here stat..There has been an accident on the intersection near the shops" A stranger says

"Do you know what exactly happened?"

"Yes a truck ran a red light and t-boned another car in the intersection" The stranger says shaking

"Okay got an ambulance on the way right now...How many people injured?" The dispatcher asks

"The truck driver and driver of the car are injured but alright...But the little girl isn't moving"

"The ambulance is there now"

Meanwhile

"Well the room is done, Not the excavation mom wanted tho" Chloe sighs

"What's this? an old tape"

Chloe plays the tape and realizes it's from when Max and Chloe were kids

"I gotta find the Time Capsule thing we buried...Captain Bluebeard is back bitches" Chloe gets her uniform and heads out the back

At the hospital

"She ain't waking up..We've tried everything we could" The doc says

"This can't be happening, What have I done"

"You haven't done anything wrong...It's best you go and see her one last time" The doc says

They walk into the room and find Max's lifeless body laying on the bed, And William just breaks down in tears

"I'm so sorry Max, Chloe, Joyce, Ryan and Vanessa how am I gonna tell em this" William sobs

Max wakes up faintly and turns to William

"I...It...it's not your fault William...You couldn't control what happened....It was...my time...to go

" Max I.." William gets cut off

"Can you do 1 thing for me?...Tell Chloe that.....I...love...her"

And with that all the life fades away from Max's body....She has died

William waits a bit before calling Joyce

Meanwhile back at home

"Max is gonna get a kick outta these when she comes home...Which I thought would be already" Chloe says with slight concern in her voice

But then

"Mom? Dad? what took you guys so long?"

No answer

"Wait? Where's Max?"

"Honey...sit down" William says

"What's going on?" Chloe says with concern growing every second

"Sigh....We had an accident on the way to the shops" William says trying to keep it together

"What kinda accident?" Chloe says now visually worried

"We um...Got t-boned by a truck" William says

"And?" Chloe asks

"Well...Um...Max..she...didn't make it through" William says finally letting it go

"What?...This can't be happening" Chloe says in disbelief

"I'm really sorry honey..We did what we could" Joyce pipes in

Chloe officially starts bawling her eyes out...Her lifetime best friend had passed away suddenly

Due to a drunk truck driver

Couple weeks later at her funeral

Ryan and Vanessa left leaving the Price family alone to mourn

"Can't believe they just left" Chloe says

"Give em time to mourn..Last couple weeks have been hectic for em" Joyce says

"Sigh...True"

After the funeral they head home, a couple hours later William goes up to Chloe's room to tell her something

Knock knock

"You alright sweetie?" William asks

"No i'm not" Chloe answers

William enters and sits next to Chloe

"I know it's rough Chloe...But Max wanted me to tell you something"

"What is it? Chloe asks

"She said...That she loves you Chloe" William said

"I..I..I loved her to" Chloe says fighting tears

"I know you did sweetie"

"Can I be left alone now dad...Sorry"

"It's quite alright sweetie...You know where to find us"

William leaves the room

Chloe lays back on her bed and starts crying...But it seemed Max was still around

All of a sudden "Obstacles" started playing on her radio without her input

"This was our favourite song..It perfectly captured what we wanted our lives to be" Chloe reminisces

But that's not all the tricks she had...All of a sudden the pen started moving and writing something down

After it finished Chloe went up to inspect

"Hey Chloe it's Max...Can't get rid of me that easily

PS: I love you and i'll always be here"

Chloe smiled and layed back on her bed

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH Ahhh this was TERRIBLE to write out and oh so painful

I'll never do this to myself again UGH
