Enough

Firstly, a bit of a catch up. I’ve started a new job, I’ve moved out, I’m doing a lot better than I was doing last year. My daughter is 1! I’m 30 this year!

I started bullet journaling back in October and it was great! Still is. I’ve tried the Filofax, the traveller’s notebook and just the plain old notebook. And I prefer the plain old notebook. It’s easier to fit in my bag and it’s well…

The plan of doing weekly posts went up in smoke the minute I said it really. It’s been a good couple of months since I posted on here. A few bits and pieces have happened.

I’m still living at home with my parents, daughter and partner. I still have three cats. I still work in finance. I still haven’t started my book, I still haven’t done much of anything else either.

But I have started a bullet journal! If you don’t know what that is, google it. But, basically, it’s a diary in a notebook, were you make the layout how you want it, and you do it with bullet points. I bought this notebook, which is the Leuchtturm1917 bullet journal. And I use a Faber Caster (s) drawing pen inside. Pictured is also a quick flick through of what I have so far.

It’s a lot of fun, and its definitely helping with the mess in my brain. So I definitely recommend it.

Speaking of which, my brain is ultimately a mess. There is so much I want to do, and just as much that I need to do. I have actually stopped playing FFXIV, so that I can study and write. But I miss it already, and it’s only been two weeks. I’ve even stopped my PSN Plus subscription. I know, I know! I’ve asked myself the same question! Who am I? Ah well…

Anyways, my Uni course is well underway, and I am enjoying it. I’m already looking at future modules. Definitely going to focus on Language and/or Literature. My goal at the moment is to be a published writer. But we will have to see about that, if I can actually get started with my book.

Tomorrow, I’m getting my hair cut and I’m going short again. My hair at the moment is just below my collar bone, if not closer to my boobs. I’m hoping to go towards my shoulders and slightly above. Maybe. I’m also debating whether to go for a fringe or not… What do you think?

There are a few blog ideas and challenges I would like to do, So I might look into that a bit later. But I do know another blog post I will be doing this week and that is 29 things I’ve learn in 29 Years. By the way, it’s my birthday over the weekend and I’m going to be 29!!!

Interesting beginning?

So I want to write a book or screenplay. But I don’t really know where to begin. So what do you think about what I have got as a potential beginning.

Due to global warming, the Earth has become hostile and too hot for human life. So half of the population took to the skies, whereas the other half built cities with bubbles.   This is where our story begins. Hidden deep within one city, down below the buldings where the local wildlife live, was a little girl, foraging with rats and wild cats.  Her name, as far as she knew, was Nari. With pink eyes and a dragon tail, she wasn’t your average little girl. She was born a demon, and abandoned by her mother. She lived in the sewers, only to come out at night when she wasn’t seen. This was how she lived her life, up until she was about 15.

Main reason why is that I have been so exhausted by the time it’s 9pm, and Eevie is about to go down for the night, that I have gone to bed before her! Milestones.. She is 13lb and I think nearly ready to ween, as she has only gained 4oz since her last weigh-in which was…

Bonjour! I’m practicing my French at the moment. Seeing how much I remember from secondary school. But at the moment that’s all I can remember. Heh…

The weather at the moment hot! I don’t like heat. But I do like wearing dresses, so that’s a plus I suppose. Another thing with this heat is the sun, it’s nice to have the sun out, and being able to feed Eevie outside. She really enjoyed it this morning, and last night. And my freckles… My gosh! My freckles are all over me. My shoulders are covered, my face is covered. I do love them though.

Milestone time!

SHE LAUGHED!!! Like a proper giggle! But it’s such a dirty laugh, it’s hilarious.

Her rolling over is getting better… She was showing off at baby massage.

So not many milestones, but they are big ones! Next week I hope to start swimming classes with her. But it’s just finding one that’s local and good for her. I think there is a waterbabies around the corner. Might even have a look at David Lloyds Gym as well. Any one have any recommendations on where I can take her?

Other news, my hair is now pink! It took 2 boxes of bleach, and 3 boxes of the Cool Rose colour pictured below, and it still isn’t perfect. But it will do. I like it.

We also went out for a walk in with the baby carrier the other day, and she loved it! I might use is more often. I want to get a new nappy bag though. Yes another one.  Another mum at baby massage had the one I wanted and it looks really nice! Didn’t even realise you can get it in different colours.

Oh and I’ve also started writing my novel again! Hopefully, I will be able to finish it and publish it soon.

A short but sweet post today. Enjoy the sunshine, but hopefully the heat will ease a little bit soon.

Today has been a brilliant day with milestones and Eevie! She laughed for the first time, well giggled really. And it was at her own reflection. Another milestone is that she sat up in the bath. Over the past few years, I have become obsessed with Final Fantasy XIV. And just recently they have released their second expansion pack called Stormblood. So I thought I would do a post themed with that. And show you how much my character has changed over the course of me playing.

She started off called Moriko Mitsui, then it was Mori Jane for a little bit. Then she was called Moriko Mizukaji. And now finally she is called Nari Moon.
