In case you’re new here.....(or haven’t seen jester-insanity, my old rascal and co blog).....

Celuna is a Glitter Force OC of mine, long story short she knew Rascal since she was a kid, is the little sister of Euphoria (while I headcanoned Rascal to be the younger brother of Nogo) and both have tragic stories and are rarely seen apart. Leads the Glitter force (and Nogo can deal with it) and loves her niece. Has moon powers.
