「CCS - Holiday 2002」 Catalog Scans
If you grew up skating in the 90′s and early 00′s you know how important CCS was. Just receiving it in the mail was a present in itself. If Thrasher is the mag, CCS is the catalog. While actually being able to afford stuff from there came very rarely at the time for me, that wouldn’t stop my friends and I from calling dibs on shit every issue. Looking through you would already know who would be feeling what the most. Trying to capture that spirit with my little shop Menace, just nostalgic pieces I like that at this point might as well be one of kind. No flash in the pan bullshit.
Highlights of this issue personally are the Blind ODB deck and Rowley XLTs which I both owned at the time, along with the Dying to Live VHS (which was the first skate video I actually owned) and those Colin McKay kicks and Osiris backpacks were so crazy. Bunch of gems in here. Gonna keep archiving these and will be putting up the snow section for this issue too, soon.
