The request was a heart problem, but nothing further was specified. *sigh* That's why it's important to be clear about what you want

So i had to become Akinator in order to figure out what i should do from their sayings:

Heart problems were mentioned more than injured heart, so apparently a knife in the chest wouldn't cut it. So i picked an irregular heartbeat.

I added the pained expression as specified, and chosed a crouching pose.

Then i had to add breathing difficulties so it would be more conscice.

As always, the colliders ruin everything and i had to spend hours again. Initially i wanted to use sucrose's model, however she was convulsing like a fish out of the water after i tried to edit the pose. If i tried to change all the colliders then it would take me days, so nope, i chose Ganyu instead.....just to find out that the problem still existed...

So, i mustered the power of autism to keep trying, and it somehow worked?

+20 million years for manually changing the position and rotation of every joint and morph, guess i'm not sleeping tonight either

That's all i could get from the script, definitelly not my proudest work.
