A playful chuckle left jisoo's lips at namjoon's words, a fond smile growing as she tilted her head to the side to take in the sight of their little family. "And her father is the king of kings, you know?" Her heart felt full with how things were, even with all the sleepless nights and the tired days that came after, it was all worth it when she could be with both of them, they were her whole world.

Jisoo laughed softly at his joke, shaking her head fondly as she knew pretty well who would be the ones trying to break down the door just to be able to hold their dear princess. "Are you sure that would be able to stop them?" She teased back. "We did good." the singer hummed in agreement.

sleep was now out of the question. nights writing or cramming in lyrics now seemed like child's play from the lack of rest the bts leader received. all worth it in his eyes when he received this abundance of love at home. being with the woman that he loves along with their newest addition to their family. he would happily hand off rest or sleep to whoever demanded it if it meant spending more at home.

though he did worry about holding his daughter when he was known for his destruction. "of course she will be. her mother is royalty." his smile reached his eyes when flickering his view from their daughter to jisoo. to think how different things were up until a couple of years ago. going from a beautiful relationship to living separate lives and finding each other again to now this. all coming to a perfect circle. "we might have to change our locks or move in case people try to break in." he follows the joke. namjoon knew their friends were bound to take a new babysitting role in hopes to land their hands on their daughter. "i can't blame them. she's perfect." he smiles, his heart now full with love.

"You are right in time." Jisoo greeted them as soon as she opend the door, a tired yet happy expresion decorating her features as she moved to welcome the guest in their home. "She just woke up from her nap." Newborns slept quite a lot yet Jisoo still was exhausted but loving every moment of it. The idol's livingroom had been turned into a cozy place with a baby rocker next to a pile of baby clothes jisoo had been folding as she watched her baby nap. "There she is, the princess of the house."

There is no place like home, Jisoo had never agreed more with that statement. Not even after spending months upon months on tour, not when she was constantly traveling for work to here and there on her own country or abroad, no, Jisoo really felt it after spending her time in the hospital and returning home with Namjoon by her side and their precious daughter.

The first nights with a newborn baby were quite rough, so much to adjust and being a first time parents it wasn't easy. Jisoo wanted nothing more than to stare at her sleeping baby all night in case she needed them and her heart was constantly swelling with emotions, love being the most frequent one, specially when she saw Namjoon interacting with her, holding her. "I think she will be an appa's princess." Jisoo whispered as she looked at Joon with heart eyes. "And everyone else's too." She joked, their friends where quick to give their congratulations and wishes to meet the baby girl.

A giggle left her lips as she took in his reaction, glad that he had found it as adorable as her and if their child was anything like their father, they would be the cutest human on earth. If she was honest, she kind of hoped that her baby would look like him, from his eyes to his dimpled smile, she loved every single detail about him. Jisoo laughed at his joke. "Don't think I won't dress you up as a bear to match with our baby, joonie!" She teased back.

"I'm glad." She couldn't wait either, as the due date was growing more eager to meet them finally. A bright smile grew on her features as she placed her hand on the top of his, the baby waking up with the sudden stimulation. "We've been good...the little bear has been growing restless as it gets cooped up in there." Sudden kicks and movements becoming more frequent. "You might feel them greeting you soon." She chuckled as she felt the inner movement. At his question Jisoo shook her head. "Not yet was just finishing our lunch when you came." She shared.

his eyes squinted when extending his hand to receive the bag. squinting had become a habit of his poor eye vision. even with contacts, he was still prone to accidents. a careful touch when opening the bag to pull out the fluffy item inside. a bigger smile beamed through him when revealing the onesie. "this is adorable." a soft chuckle escaped through his excited expression. "it's so soft. should we see if there's bigger versions for both of us?" he joked before twisting the outfit to get the full view of the newest outfit their child would someday wear.

"i love it. i can't wait to see how it's going to look once it's on." his twinkling eyes shimmered when going back to his loving girlfriend. his hand gently rubbing on her bump. "how are you two doing?" if he was given the chance, then namjoon would try his best to remain home the majority of the time to help jisoo with any task at home. "did you eat yet?" his attention and priority going back to the woman in front of him. ready to cater to her needs.

"I missed you more." She giggled as she was pulled once again into a kiss. The idol had never minded having time alone, as an introvert she loved having peace and quiet and she could spend days just laying around the house without anything to do but namjoon was the exception to that rule, she would always prefer to be by his side. Now more than ever. "Mhm." jisoo hummed into the kiss, breaking it off with a sweet smile on her lips. Hands reaching for his and pulling him in to the comfort of their home.

"I was out with eomma the other day," she started telling him the story of her surpise, the item perfectly folded and ready to be shown waiting in the livingroom where she was guiding him towards. "And I found the most adorable thing." the idol added while sitting down, "because it also reminded me of you." she chuckled, before pushing the bag towards him with an excited sparkle in her eyes. It was quite fitting in her opinion, the fluffiest baby bear onsie on the store was inside the bag, after all joon was like the sweetest and cuddliest bear . still jisoo sat there, waiting for his reaction, hand mindlessly going to her growing bump as her thumb rub against it without her realizing, a sweet habit she had been getting as of late.

an eternity was how things felt when he was at the base. the week usually dragged until he could return home to the arms of his loving girlfriend and the small family they now created for themselves. he practically ran out whenever his time was up. even the drive home was another additional annoyance. sitting in traffic, watching the cars responsible for his delay. all would come to a half the moment the driver arrived to his destination.

namjoon quickly gathered his luggage as fast as he could to the one who would instantly cheer him up. now counting three if he added all of the souls in the apartment. his cheesy dimpled smile crossing his face when he opened the door and felt the warmth of the apartment wash over him. "i missed you" he echoed after returning her kiss. his hand released the duffle bag to bring her in for another quick peck. "do you?"

Jisoo had been marking down the days in her calendar leading to this date, the singer had even made sure to have the whole weekend free to spend it with namjoon as he could finally enjoy his days off. The idol had been in the kitchen preparing lunch when the sound of the door opening filled the quiet apartment announcing his arrival.

A bright smile was quick to take over her features, while she reached him, pace a tad slower than usual. "You are home." Jisoo said as she enveloped Namjoon in a hug. "We missed you." Because it was no longer just the two of them and dalgomie, whom she could hear rushing to them ready to welcome namjoon home. Lifting herself on the tip of her toes, Jisoo left a kiss on his lips before the smile stretched once again on her lips, she had been smiling quite a lot more recently. "I have something to show you." She beamed, the shirt she had stolen from his side of the closet concealing part of her surprise.
