I was pleasantly surprised by Heartstopper season 2. I was so afraid it would suffer from sophomore effect, middle book season syndrome or jumping the shark. Might be the first LGBT show where I’m invested in the main couple + supporting characters. Nick and Charlie do talk to each other + have cute boyfriend moments. Not just making out. They showed it to us, not just assuming it happens off-screen or there’s not enough screen time. HS season 2 was a solid sequel.
