Tried crossfit training last saturday before my volleyball game and it was #intense! We were assisted by Coach Tim of International Kettlebell Lifting Federation (IKLF). I initially planned to do just the easy routines but ended up finishing the hard ones :)) Finished the whole program in 34mins. Time could be better but I never even thought of finishing it to begin with. Thanks to #B1Gsouth peeps who cheered us til we finished especially to Crissy and KC for organizing this. My spelunking bucket list: Mt Banahaw (Husgado/Mystical caves), 2007. Callao Caves, 2008. Biak-na-bato National Park (Aguinaldo, Madlum, Tanggapan and Tilandog caves) 2009. Puerto Princessa Underground River, 2012. Sagada's Lumiang-Sumaging cave connection, 2015. I may not be as young as how I was when I first had my cave visits, but I must say I consider it an achievement to have visited 9 different caves in 5 different towns in the country before I reach my 30s (and that I went through many near-death encounters haha!). Perhaps Sagada could be my last - been hearing it from my friends since 2007 as one of the best caves there is and I feel good I was able to visit it this 2015.:) #sagada2015 #spelunking

For some people, time is mostly about work -- it consumes most of they days, and going out is about being with the people they work with. I am a fan of variety, and life is about knowing as much people and spending quality time with them. 

  If we talk about priorities though - about the more important things money cant buy - for me it's getting to spend time with the people that really matter: family, and friends who've been there with me through thick and thin.
