This is essentially an update on my previous post. There is an ongoing IDF extortion campaign that blackmails Gazans by revealing compromising information, including sexual orientation and information of children!

The website is alkasheffgaza.net. The domain of it is provided by Namecheap and currently hosted by Host Europe GmbH which is owned by GoDaddy.com LLC. We're currently in the process of reporting it to GoDaddy through their support form. [ Can be visited by clicking here ]

I’m reaching out to alert you to the extortion website hosted at: alkasheffgaza.net (IP address: 92.205.13.44).

This illegal extortion website (which contains private information about children!) just snuck onto your shared hosting on May 29th. They previously tried this at Webflow and Namecheap Hosting but we alerted those companies.

Now the extortion website is trying to set up on their third hosting platform in two weeks - yours!

The US and European Union have several laws preventing extortion projects revealing such sensitive personal information.

If GoDaddy doesn't take action, we will be forced to report the IP address (which includes hundreds of innocent websites, and dozens of innocent email servers), as well as go to the press.

This is GoDaddy's chance to apply industry standards and avoid potential civil, and even criminal, liability.

I think "they don't even have X" is one of those memes that's actually funnier in its original context than in anything that's been done with it subsequently. Like, in its original context, this is a joke about a man who has lived his entire adult life alone in a swamp cold-reading the atmosphere of a corporate workplace and deciding that appealing to the receptionist's sense of working-class solidarity is going to get him in the door, and it fucking works.
