I read the earlier post about you saying you wanted people here who disagree with you but aren't trolls. I'm Australian and support President Trump, I'm the race and sex you all hate and try and belittle on everything. People like you and your little think tanks are why President Donald Trump won and will continue to win. You don't have to be offended by everything someone else does, it just shows how sensitive and controlling you are. People don't like being censored and threatened for their beliefs. That's the whole point of freedom. No one calls for feminists to be silenced or killed.. no one other than trolls. And those trolls never get any news coverage. Since President Trump won the election there has been absolutely disgraceful attacks and not from trolls, not from little hate groups in their own groups minding their own business.. no. On front pages, celebrities mouths and everywhere you look. Even to the point I thought maybe I'm missing something and it's not just fascists in their imaginary reality. But no. The more I look for things against President Trump. The more I find to support him.

Sax, how do I get motivated !?

I hear this question from you guys, my colleagues, my friends and my family. Sax how do you stay motivated !?

The problem with motivation is that people are waiting for it to happen. Like motivation would fall from the sky and change your life forever:

from eating junk food to eating healthy

from exercising once a week to 5 times a week

to give up smoking/drinking because it ruins your health

to skip your favorite TV show because you got gym

to always find a way to eat something healthy in every situation

to understand that you will sacrifice comfort now and live forever as a champion

Sorry to break your dreams, but life doesn’t work that way.

Change doesn’t happen in one day. You’ve been living in a life where you always thought eating burger was cool. That eating healthy means only eating lettuce and tomatoes (lol). That taking supplements is not natural. That working out will make you look like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Don’t worry I’ve been there.

What if I told you that I’m not motivated before gym? Yes, my alarm clock rings at 5:30am and the only thing I think of is getting back to bed. I also hear my sheets saying “sax, give up that shit, come back here.” This is when I get motivated, when I see people pursuing their dreams like I do. You, we are not alone.

Why do you go then? Simply because I know that the world belongs to people who make sacrifices. I make sacrifices for a lot of things and fitness is a part of them. So I work hard until I can’t move, then I work some more.

I don’t look for motivation, I build discipline instead. When I’m feeling too comfortable, I challenge myself to do something different. Something that my “old me” wouldn’t have the guts to do.

I can’t help it, I’m a Gymaholic.
