Heal.

Learning to heal wounds you never inflicted. Forgive apologies that were never given. Accept that people you helped, got on their feet and left you with nothing.

And it is okay. Because you're still here for you. It is a blessing in disguise. A wave knocking down those who wouldn't withstand the cold nights. You stay solid. You stay calm. The wave will bring in more beauty and more life. A new beginning filled with loyalty and love. The process will hurt. But feel every bit of it. Do not distract yourself. Feel every emotion there is to feel. Cry. For when that person comes back, you'll be alright. You already felt the pain there was to feel. You already suffered their unloyalty and there is nothing left to fear.
