Tumblr Top Tips:

1- Know your audience!

Sharing similar interests with other people can help create a target market or audience.

2- It’s not all about text! 

Use other options/tools available to you such as images, videos, GIFs, etc. 

3- Think about the layout!

Layout is important, simple and clear is always a winner. 

4- Explore! 

You can look at other blogs as inspiration for yours. Tumblr is a community, use it to your advantage. 

5- Get your name out there!

You can include links to other relevant social networking or media sites such as Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook etc.

If you like obstacle races, I suggest you take a look at the Colour Obstacle Rush. It’s a 5km course and lots of fun! I completed one last year and looking to do it again this year.

My story...

I am new to tumblr and a first year student studying Education and Psychology at NTU. I am interested to see how Tumblr is used and if it is an effect tool to use to support learning.
