Pause for a Thought: What is your dream in life?

My dream in life is to achieve my plans someday such as graduate high school and college, working on my dream job which is to be a Pilot and pay back to my parents and give what they want. Dreaming is free to all and there is no problem for that because each one of us has a dream. To achieve my dreams, I have to prioritize myself first, work hard, pray to the Lord for guidance and claim that dream. Always believe in yourself that you can achieve your dreams.

Harmonious Relationship: My take away

My take away from the lesson's that we've learned today is when someone who wants to be a leader should know his place. Being a leader should be humble, having a respect for his people, and skills in leadership. A leader should always listen to his people and act what is right and good. I admire CLK, the President and CEO of ABS-CBN Corp. who is humble to his employees because even that you are in a lower position in the company, he treat you equal. Said by an employee of the company. That is what President should prioritize and do, to listen and help his Filipino people despite in this pandemic that many lost their jobs and increasing rate of poverty. Instead to help and find solution, he is busy criticizing the opposition, the media, and others. Not just the President, but also the Congressman and Senators. One thing I realize is that it is my biggest regret that I supported the president before wayback in 2016 elections. He did not listen to his filipino people. I pray that next year 2022 elections that people will elect a Philippine president who has a heart for the people and will fight and do his best for the country.

Pause for a Thought: Change of Heart

Family is a group of people who want as well as choose to be together embraced by a bond so powerful and strong that not even the slightest test of trials or troubles can breach. Having a family is a huge blessing that many relatives love and care you. Even we have family problems sometimes, I ask guidance and forgiveness to God to retrieve the normal family situation like communicating, happiness and love and he gave that blessing to me. For me, family is the number 1 who will support you for your dreams to be reach someday. My family situation as of now is normal like we respect, communicate and love each other. I'm so thankful to the Lord that he gave me a complete and happy family.

5 LOVE LANGUAGES

My primary love language is WORDS of AFFIRMATION. I don't know if I agree or disagree about the result. But for me, I think Actions and Words are balance. Without words, we would be left with only grunts, and gestures. This demonstrates how important, and powerful, words are. But just how powerful are words? Words have been known to cause wars, or create peace and love. In fact, the words and also actions are one.

"Create a Love Story"

Actually, I have no girlfriend or boyfriend since birth just a crush. When I was Grade 6 I have crush and it's a girl. Why I attracted to her because of her sweet voice when she sings, beautiful and a kind personality. But she has a loveteam in our classroom and when my classmates tease them, I feel jealous and it is not easy to remove her in my heart because I have a plan to her yet I did not push myself to confess to her. Wayback when I was Grade 9, I found a guy that is handsome, has sense of humor and instrumentalist. Until he became one of my crush, everytime he comes near me, I feel romantic excitement like to the highest level feeling. But suddenly he was lost in my heart when I transfer to another school in Grade 11 when I found a guy that is handsome, white skin and a player of video games. I can say that he is like a white lady that pass in a room but suddenly lost because he found a girl who is now his girlfriend and everytime me and them meet around the campus, I feel jealous or angry and wishing them to split up. Thank God that I've move on from him 9 months ago and my Grade 9 crush came back to my heart and one thing that nakapakilig for me is when he chats me for our plan in the future in college because we're same plan to school and course in college. I wish that more romantic moments between him and meee soon.

How do you handle expectations? Do you see them as challenges or potential failures? Do you thrive on challenges or do you shrink away from them

Everyone has its own expectations. I can see them as challenges or potential failures because there might be possible to happen that it will or will not happen. To avoid that I always remind myself that whatever will going to happen, accept it. It can be both that I thrived on the challenges and shrink away from them because not all things are easy perhaps it is up to you whether you will overcome this challenges or not. To not get hurt, do not expect too much because if that thing will not happen, it is like a bullet that hits you.

Do you believe that  adolescence is a period of stress and storm? Why?

Yes, I believe that adolescence is the BEGINNING of the period of stress and storm because at this stage we can see and realize that it is not easy to handle some big problems that is not easy to solve. Sometimes you will feel embarrassed, anger and other negative emotions. But to prevent this, I always handle and give patience to myself to not feel stress. I always tell to myself that "Handle yourself with care".

What are the challenges that you face and how can you manage?

Challenges that I face is I'm the President of our Vocal Music arts in Junior High School and it is my first time to take that big responsibility. There are some problems in our Arts class but this huge problem I will never forget because the treasurer who collected the fund for the Christmas Party was lost so my other classmates feel embarrassed. And I find a solution on how to solve the big problem and as a President, what I did was I appeal to them to give us 1 day to find a solution. So what we have planned was to contribute 50 pesos each and the treasurer will contribute 500 pesos to be able to regain the lost money and I also contributed 200 pesos to reach the 2,000 pesos for the foods and the problem solved because they also agree the agreement.

What are those things that you’ve received but you weren’t thankful for not knowing it’s a blessing from God?

Things that I am not thankful for not knowing it's a blessing from God is my Father. I hate so much with my Father because he doesn't show us love for his wife and children. Sometimes he makes an issue knowing that it is not true just to create trouble in my family. I know that it is a big sin to commit that you fight or losing respect to your father but it's too much on what he did to us with my family. There's a time that I regret that why he is my father even many good fathers in the world. I always ask forgiveness to God on why I did that disrespect to him and I ask God to guide me always to become a good father in the future and not to follow his role or actions on what he did to us right now. But still, I'm so thankful to my Mom who always there to discipline, guide and love me.

Have you ever met a person who seems to be so complex that is difficult to fully understand? Yes, to be honest my brother. As eldest brother, it is my responsibility to discipline and taking care of him. Sometimes he is so hard to understand but I keep my patience high to avoid quarrel. I always teach him good things and discipline to help in household chores because he is too lazy sometimes but I understand and it is for him to grow better in the future. As his eldest brother, I would not stop in teaching and discipline him even if sometimes we have misunderstandings and his temper go high but I choose to remain "Grace under pressure" to prevent violence.

Do you know yourself? I know myself but not 100%. Sometimes I have to learn some good things for me to be a good individual in the present and in the future. I can see myself that I am not mature yet in thinking, actions and decisions even if I am already 18 years old. If I have a problem, I go to my bedroom and being alone to give time to myself on how to solve my personal problems and to realize things. But still, I am trying to do my best to become a mature person in the future and I am continuing learning good things and actions for me to be a good individual. I trust the process of myself, if not today but tomorrow.
