On this week as usual we do is creating content for the month of May. As this week we made 10 contents and those contents is ready for edits and posting on tiktok platform.

Week 14: Creating Content

Fly Ace Corp. Content Creation

On this week we just take a contents for 5:5 sale for FAC. It's not just a contents but it's a promotional ads. contents that will be posted in tiktok account of FAC. Every month we do this for attracting more customers to avail the product with discounts. On this week we made 5 contents which is 1 reels for FB, 2 cooking videos contents for tiktok, 1 drinks video content and 1 promotional video for sale.

On this week as usually we do contents for Julie's but this time for the month of May. On the first 2 days we made 3 contents with my colleagues Gab and Michael. On the rest of the day we work with our supervisor Mr. Ezra and we made 7 contents and thats enough for the week.

Week 13 : Master Class held by Mrs. Ovy and Contents Creations

Master Classs - Digital Security 101

We know about the basic security services that offers in each platform the we used but we don't know there's some more security the we need to know more about to avoid scams and other security threats.

The master class yesterday talks about the most common scams in the internet the we need to avoided it for our safety purposes. Mrs. Ovy taught us how to avoid, how to notice, and how to deal those scammers in social media/internet.

We execute those scams in a way the Mrs. Ovy prepared a short skits that shows the difference scams. Each group perform well and we saw the difference strategies to deal, and we learned a lot in each performance.

That master class is a short reminder for us to be responsible enough to use internet and be careful everytime we saw those scams because sometimes scams is just like a true form of conversation.

On this week we make the last 10 contents in Julies and FAC for the month of April.

As always we do we just prepared the need materials, equipment, and ingredients that need for cooking, shooting a vedio and others.

We did it quickly just for us to think the new plan for the month of May. All contents are for ready for editing and after editing it's ready for uploading in specific platform.

Week 12

Visiting and Relocating The material for Livestream

On that day we relocate and arranged the Livestream studios in Ablaza Site in Quezon. All the materials, products, equipment and others is properly arranged to that site. We arranged those things because that will be use in payday sale Livestream. Three live streamer will be used that site to welcome for payday and 4:4 sale event.

Contents for Julie's Brands

On this day we do the usual task where in doing contents creation in Julies biscuits brands. In this week we created 7 contents in Julies brands and 5 contents in Fly Ace Corp. (FAC) which is 1 cooking and 4 reels that will be posted by payday sale.

Learnings

One thing I learned is that don't give your full trust to anyone. Always respect and kind to everyone especially to yourself because at the end you are only on your own side. Be greateful and the blessings will be see. : )

Visiting the new site

On this day we visit the new site in the Quezon area. That site is for our department, especially for the social and livestream team. The site was not fully finished, but it's good for use.

Creating a studio type setup for FAC Brand

On this day our supervisor asks for new suggestions for new setups for pre- and final shoots for content. We try different angles, types of design, and also different lighting just to see the differences and choose the best for the contents. Afterwards we asked our manager to check the different shoots that we made.

Contents Creation for Brand FAC

Last Thursday we created 2 pieces of content for the month of March since the brand was late to sign the contract and the pipeline, so we couldn't proceed to do content for them. That day we create pork pinakbet and pork salticao, which we do a great job on.

Additional task:

As an additional task, I and my co-interns from the other department do content for the campaign 4:4 sale in FAC. I also helped to do the setups in the live stream studio for live live last Thursday. Also I help to create vedio contents in prifoods brand.

Lesson:

I learned to distance my self to those people who don't deserve my energy. Also being kind to anyone is the key for good relationship. In addition, I learned to don't interrupt when things aren't really necessary and being respectful is the most important thing.

On this week our supervisor taught us the basic for of managing TikTok Ads Manager, Facebook Boosting, CPAS and Email Marketing.

Mr. Ezra taught us the basic use of each of those platforms just to let us know more about managing and gaining sale to those platforms. Those basic knowledge the got for our supervisor help us to learn how it applied in our selves especially we are business students.

Also on that week we usually do our task which is creating content creation for different brand especially in Julie's Brand the we need to fulfill the 28 content every months. That week we created more than 5 content which is good just to less our task and responsibilities.

Challenges:

Our supervisor Mr. Ezra challenge us to do 1 content using the Canno Camera just to see if we're capable to used that camera. But yet it's gave strugg for us since we're not good to used that but, with the help of other instructor their we know the basic use of that and we create a one good content.

Week 9 : Company Visit, Content Creation and Others

Company visit by our dearest Dean and instructor

On May 17 our dear Dean visit us in the company just to get some feedbacks, comments and others for us as interns their. We're shock about the feedbacks of some supervisors we're they give us a good and positive insight and comments about the skills and knowledge that we offer to them and that's what our dean makes happy during that time. We as interns are also happy about those feedbacks and we make sure that we do our best to give our knowledge, skills and learning just to help the company.

Another content for Julie's Brand since ther's some conflict to the brand of FAC so we're not do any content and we're waiting for the final announcement to that brand.

Others Task

Repackaging the samples that send to the influencers. This package is for different influencers around Manila and province area. Twenty packages will be sent just for them to create a content for FAC brand.

March 10 - 14, 2025

Week 8: Email Marketing

On this week, Ms. Ovy our manager set a meeting talking about the advantage and what's new in email marketing. This email marketing help us to reach specific target audience that will passively the partners of the company.

After that, Ms. Ovy give us an assignment that we do an example of email marketing that introduced the digital marketing to the prospect customer or partners. That assignment will be past at next friday and that will be checked by the CEO and out manager. This will help us to know more about creating and analyzing the great way or proper way to address our email marketing.

Task : Creating Email Marketing

In addition, we do some email marketing in the local and international influencers that introduce the new brand partner which is Healthy Chef Brand. We do that to ask them if they want to be part of brand content creations and we asked also to influencers their rate per vedios if they sign the contract to us. Some influencers replied our email but the other is not. We put in in one Google Doc. For checking and analyzing. As for now we're waiting for others to replied our emails.

Meet and Greet

Moreover, Ms. Kristine and Mr. Raymons our Director gathered meet and greet to the Interns and the managers in every department. This event organized for us to know each other's for formal interaction and this event is so wonderful and super great for each in everyone.

Before the weekdays end we do some things that usually do like creating contents inventory and other. This week was full of enjoyment, happiness and exciting events.

February 24-28,2025

Photo Shoot Session

Behind the scene

On this day we setup the place where the live streamer take a photo shoot for their book. I and Michael arranged and design the place. While the others preparing for the makeup and others.

During the session

During the session, each Livestremer took pictures with their professional looks and casual dress. We consume almost half day to finish the picture taking. We suggested different post for them to express their own beauty. But for unexpected problem, the camera storage had been occupied, which is need to transfer the file to laptop for theme to continue the photoshoot. Mr. Fritz transfer all the pictures and it took 30 mis to transfer all the pictures. But all of the we finally finished the photo shop sessions.

The rest of the day we created the contents for March. We have made 10 contents which are goods for 1 week and sir ezra thanked us because the contents are almost finished. Before the week end we sum up the contents and we have only 15 contents the need to shoot for use to finished the contents for March.

Learning:

The learning the I got in that week is that be confident to show your own self and be prepared in every situations.

Challenges:

I encounter slightly pressured to crate contents since it's to many and some of the contents is I am the subject.

February 17 - 21, 2025

Transferring Asset and File

File - Asset of Sika Brand

In my 2 days of this week, I was supposed to do such things as transferring all the assets of the Sika brand, collecting data, and turning it over to Mr. John, my multimedia artist instructor (MMA), since he needs to finish the report this week. Early in the morning, I collect the data first, and I transfer it to my laptop for easy access. After that, I collect also all the assets and I transfer it to HDMI GDrive of Mr. John.

However, on my 2nd day, I checked all the files and assets that I transferred to the laptop, but unfortunately some of the files and assets cannot be accessed due to the low storage of my laptop. So, UI consults Mr. John on what the possible solution is for that. Mr. John borrowed my laptop, and he made a nice solution by checking the settings of my laptop and its work. I finished all the assets and data transferring.

On my 3rd day, I did not expect that I was supposed to do the same, but this time I needed to finish transferring pictures and videos just for backup and documentation. I had half a day to finish all the pictures and videos. In the afternoon I helped to clean and clear all the materials.

On my last 2 days, we created content for Julie's brand since every month we need to finish 28 pieces of content, and for February we still have 5, but we finished in 2 days; just less our task, and we can proceed to March content creation. In 3 content, I'm subjects, and the last 2 are for Gabriel and Michael. All the content we created is ready for edits and posting. All of the contents will post in Julie's Brand at the TikTok shop. I'm. Happy to do such since it's not just for content but also creates a great connection between my companion and our dearest instructor, Mr. Ezra.

Learning:

This week what I have learned is to be confident enough since this is an on-the-job training and the need for patients in every situation. Also, I learned the basics about the laptop that Mr. John taught me.

Challenges:

Week 5 : Sika Philippines Content Creation

Sika Philippines Company and Warehouse

This is the day the we go out side the company and the first time of BGE to shoot in company warehouse and site. This was the exciting day for us. I and my companion Gabriel and 3 of the employees of BGE which is Mr. Fritz the HR of MMA, Mr. John MMA employee and Mr. Sherwin as the Brand Specialist of Sika Brand. After we start the shoot the company prepared us PPE uniform the need for taking shoot in laboratory areas. After that we proceed to taking shoot and filming the step by step tutorial and educational content. Those content is use to boost Sika Products in the industry of construction supplies.

I and my companion Gabriel is the subject of the content in Sika Brand and the video will be post next week. We discussed in content creation is about the new products which is the the Sika Waterproofing and also the application of it. After the day end, we successful finish the content and ready for editing.

This day I helped to arrange and shoot the last content in Fly Ace. This content will be the last since the contract of fly ace is finally done and Mr. Ezra is waiting for the new contract signing.

I assigned to conduct inventory for the products of new Brand which is mototek and VS1. I finished it very fast since I'm very familiar in the products. After that we arranged orderly preparing for the live stream in Monday. We conducted an test live also just to sure the efficiency of live stream.

After the we created also an contents in Julie's again for Valentine's special love language and we're happy to create the memorable content.

Learning:

One thing that I learned is to follow the instructor or the coordinator since they know how to do the work that you need to fill. Also, communication and comprehension is the key for good connection.

Week 4: Dep. Meeting Collaborative Performance Advertising Solutions and Content Creation

February 3 - 7, 2025

(CPAS) rebranded as Collaborative Ads, are an advertising solution created by Facebook (now Meta) allowing brands and retailers to create ads together.

Department Meeting - CPAS and Technical Info.

This department meeting give the employees and also we as intern a knowledge how the marketing advertisement work in digital era. This includes how the step by step progress, how much the budget in each post/ads., how it long it takes to stop the advertising campaign. This talks also the possibility of technical failure if we're not aware the progress and the set up. I learned a lot ay this talks which heald by Mr. JC and Mr. Llyod the CPAS specialist of be global.

Julie's Content Creation

I set up the photos shoot and the content areas for additional content for Julie's for the month of February. This February we need to complied 28 contents just to followed the contract in Julie's brand /company. In this day we create 2 content which is good for the day.

Fly Ace Content

This conten is the the 3 content for Fly Ace Corp. since the contract is already done and Mr. Ezra said to us to just waitfor the new contract for Fly Ace. I took 2 picture because before we finished the last content Ms.Sara call me to help them in creating content for Lutos Brand so I go and I can't take pictures for the last content. L the 3 content is all past which is Again e Olio, Creamy Mushrooms Pasta, and Chicken Corn Noodles Soup.

Prep. in Live test in Valentine's Day

The last day of the week we prepare the live stream studio for the heart day which is used for live stream. I and my companion Gabriel and Michael helped together to arrange perfect the materials needs in the room. Half day we work together and at the afternoon we arrange the other materials and equipment.

Inventory for New Brand: Mototek & VS1

We gathered an inventory session with two Brand which is the Mototek and VS1 which this brand most products is in motorcycle maintenance. I assigned in VS1 and Gab and Michael is for Mototek.

Challenges Encounter

The challenges that we encounter is the lack of materials and cooking equipment which lead to time consuming.

The learning the I got is it's okay work slowly, because in every steps their is a small progression that lead for us to succeed.

Week 3 : Chinese New Year Content Creation

January 27,2025

Advertising Content in Fly Ace Corporation

This day is every fun since the week of Chinese New Year. Early in the morning Mr. Ezra give me a task to do that advertising content in FLy Ace Corporation for encouraging the audience to watch TikTok live during and after Chinese New Year. I do my best to do the task and I'm happy that I perfectly delivered after many times of practice and reshooting. I'm proud and it boosts my confidence for that content.

Preparing For test live for FAC

On this day, we search for the perfect theme and design that fits for Chinese New Year. I and my two interns together with the two live streamer host, we create a very elegant design which loved by our coordinator Mr. Ezra and Ms. Miaca. After that we clean the room because the TikTok coordinator wants to visit the site to see the situation of BGE. Afternoon 2 pm finally we meet the coordinator and I'm happy to see them.

Listing Materials and utensils in Pantry

In this time, Mr. Ezea orders me to list the need materials and utensils in the pantry which is need for content creation in FAC. Then I call my two companions which. Is Gabriel and Michael to help for listing. A half day of listing we gathered the possible materials that need and we transfer the files to Mr. Esra. Before the end of the day Mr. John share his story in Adulthood facing the real world and I learned a lot on his story.

Week 2 : Inventory, Restocking, Trasmital, and Creating content For Chinese New Year

In 2O th -21st of January my task is to shoot the Zekokie item which is brand that held by Mr. Reyes and Mr. Llyod and I'm a model of that brand since that day is the time to promote the brand in different platform. After a while, Ms. Micha call us to help her to arrange ( inventory and trasmital) the difference materials and products in live stream studio just because the TikTok Company want to visit the site. My task is to list different products and material the is not need to the shoot. I also label the expired products to non-expired products. So, I volunteer to help packing those items (Restocking). After all of that I proceed to my table just to look for the new content for Julie's Brand.

Contents for Goodlife Products

Early in the morning of 22nd, Mr. Ezra ask me to assist them during creative content in Goodlife Brand. After lunch we start in content creation. I prepare some of the ingredients, materials and others that need for creating content. The first content is Shrimp Yang Fried Rice and the second content is Chinese Stir-Fry Noodles. The two content is for the month of January and it's for that Chinese New Year content.

In the rest of days in a week we create additional contents for Fly Ace Corp. which is aligned to Chinese New Year dishes like the Chinese Style Hot Pot and Crispy Sweet and Sour Fish. In addition, FAC brand request to create an announcement about the promotion in Chinese New Year so I volunteer as a announcer of the brand.

Lesson Learned

Be confident enough on what you're doing and be happy in everything that you will do.

Problem Encounted

Lack of materials for every contents especially in FAC which the contents is more on cooking and the company is lack of material and equipments. Example of it is the content of Chinese Hot, we encounter errors in cooking and we reshoot again for the second time.

On this day, we gathered and orientation about the Company, Department, and the Policies and Regulations the we need to know as interns and as an employee's. Ms. Maia as one of the coordinator she tour us in every department to see the site and also to meet the every employees in each department. After all of the we proceeded to our respective department whichI assigned in Digital Marketing Department.

January 15 - 17, 2025

Content for Julie's Brand

On this days, each one of us have a task to do a reseach background about the company brands that assigned of us. I assigned in Fly Ace Corporation (FAC) which this bra much focus on cooking products and it's related to mny personal background. Brainstorm, finding content and assigning in my Companion is my task and responsibilities in that week. On January 15, we conducted creating a content about Julie's Products which is that brand is assigning to Mr. Bunao and l assist Mr. Ezra to create that Content and also I'm the one of the subject of that subject. Also in that day we create 3 contents for Julie's and goods for 1 day. However, in January 16, early in the morning Mr. Ezra assigned me to looked for a Content for my brand and | look for menudo and the Pork Katsu. The rest of the day, I and Mr. Ezra do that content and we successfully finish and I'm proud to that content since Im subject. On the last day of the week, I assigned to arranged the setup in creating content in Julie's again and after that I looked for the other content for next week task.

Problem Encounter

One of the problem that I encounter is by creating an account in Skyp Application. This application is one of the importance things being an intern since having this account I can easily know the update and the other task that we need to do since this is the to communicate the coordinator and the HR as well. After I try many times I finally created my own account and for now it useful for my daily routine here at be global.

Lesson Learned

The lesson I learned is that do you best everytime and always be patient in every task or work that you will do because at the end of the day you will see the results of your own hard work. Now, I have my own account in Skype and it's useful in my everyday needs.
