Emergency: Help my family survive and start a new life
Hello everyone, I hope you take a minute to read our story.
I’m Hazem Shawish, trying to save my family from the war
We’re a family of 8 members, me, my mother, and I have 4 brothers and two sisters. And their kids
Islam (30) years old
Samer (29)
Hashem (31)
Mohammad (35)
Nisreen (37) ( @nisreensuhail )
Noor (36).
Kids:
Amal (12)
Kenzy (17) ( @kenzish )
Zoheer (19)

On the sad day of October 9, 2023, an unforgettable day, it was a dream like a nightmare. I was returning home to Gaza and my family, the women and children, were leaving the house in fear. They told me that the Israeli Defense Forces had ordered them to evacuate all the houses immediately. I was surprised and could not believe it. I entered the house quickly and went out. My father is crippled and fear grips my heart. Half an hour after the call, the warplanes destroyed the house. We miraculously survived, but my brother Samer was injured in his feet.
youtube
In the shadow of conflict, our family has faced unimaginable hardships. The passing of my father, a victim to the cruel grasp of hunger and inadequate healthcare, left a void in our lives, underscoring the fragility of our existence here. My brother, Samer, battles bipolar disorder, a condition exacerbated by the ongoing war and the severe shortage of essential medications. Without access to the necessary treatment, his life is at risk, and we live in constant fear for his well-being amidst the chaos that surrounds us. These personal tragedies have deepened the urgency of our situation.
My brother Samer

Every day is a struggle for survival, and each night is filled with prayers for a brighter tomorrow. Yet, amidst the darkness, we hold onto hope, seeking solace in the belief that one day, the clouds of war will dissipate, and we will find the peace and stability we so desperately crave. Until then, we endure, clinging to the threads of our resilience, and nurturing dreams of a safer, healthier future for us all.
Our home, once a sanctuary of love and warmth, was destroyed, displacing us into a life of uncertainty and fear. The laughter of my children and my sister's daughters, once the music of our home, is now silenced by the echoes of conflict. They deserve a future where education and happiness are not just dreams but realities.

Our entire neighborhood In Gaza Before and after
we had a supermarket that helped as to live and earn money, but it was bombed and we have nothing now, pic of our supermarket

But our challenges are not just physical; they are emotional and psychological. The loss of my father and the imminent threat to my brother's life weigh heavily on us. My mother, who has endured so much, faces the unimaginable fear of losing another child. For her, for my brother, for my children, and for the future of our family, we seek a new beginning.
We dream of a place far from the sounds of war we want to be safe with my family we dream to move to Egypt to save ourselves
This journey is more than a physical relocation; it is a quest for dignity, for normalcy, for the very essence of what makes life worth living. We seek to restore what conflict has stripped from us: our home, our health, and our hope.
We turn to you, not just as donors, but as fellow humans who understand the power of compassion and community. Your support, in any form, is a beacon of hope in our darkest times. It represents solidarity and a shared belief in the sanctity of life and the right to a safe and peaceful existence.
Our dream is simple yet seems a world away:
to escape to Egypt .
for children to pursue education and a life unshaded by conflict, and for us to honor my father's memory in a land of peace.

However, this dream bears a significant cost, one that is beyond our reach. For each of us to make this journey, to cross borders towards a life of safety and dignity, we estimate the need for at least $5,000 per person. This sum covers the complex tapestry of legal, travel, and initial resettlement expenses.
All of our important links are here
Thank you for hearing our story, for your empathy, and for considering standing with us as we embark on this journey to a new life.🇵🇸🍉❤️🩹🙏
With heartfelt gratitude,
Hazem Shawish

Hello,My name is Ayad from Gaza

On October 7th, my family and I were subjected to an Israeli airstrike that completely destroyed our home. We miraculously survived the attack and fled to Al-Shifa Hospital, thinking it would be safer. However, this place was also in bombed, forcing us to escape once again. The hearts of my nieces and nephews, Nasser, Jana, Mohammed, and Hind, were filled with fear and terror. We struggled to pull them out from under the rubble amidst their screams and cries.

Our lives have turned into a living hell, surrounded by fire and phosphorus everywhere, as if we are trapped in a nightmare from which we cannot wake up. I developed a severe sensitivity to the smoke and phosphorus, and I began to suffer from respiratory issues. To this day, I continue to struggle with the effects of phosphorus exposure, and I have not found any treatment to alleviate my condition, which worsens day by day.

After fleeing to southern Gaza, we now live in a very small tent. We have no home, no food, and we are not living a humane life with even the minimum necessities. Our means of livelihood have been cut off, as my father's company was completely destroyed, with the machinery burned and the goods and vehicles turned to ashes.

I am Iyad, and my dream was to continue my university studies, but my university was destroyed, and my dream ended there. I have always aspired to study accounting and become an accountant.

I appeal to anyone with a sense of humanity to help me and my family escape to a safe place. I need assistance in treating my sensitivity and respiratory issues, as well as support to continue my education and fulfill my dream. I need travel abroad, receive medical treatment, and resume my studies.

Thank you to everyone who helps me and my family to find safety.
Iyad

I am Ahmed Al-Nabih from Gaza, and this is my twin brother Abdul Rahman. I am 30 years old. I used to live a beautiful life with my family and my brother. The idea of marriage was on the table and we were going to continue our lives in our beautiful house, but something happened like a nightmare. The war came and took all our dreams and destroyed our house. Our lives became very difficult and arduous. We lived in tents. In the extreme heat, my mother suffers from chronic diseases, heart disease, blood pressure, and diabetes. Please help me save my family and my elderly mother. I ask for your support and participation. A small donation makes a difference. I have only collected 1,60euros in about five months! Thank you all!❤️🙏

Pictures of me and my twin brother before the war!
Pictures of us with my mother before the war, when our lives were beautiful and stable!☹️
A picture in the war of my mother, who is 62 years old, due to the lack of medicine because she suffers from chronic diseases, blood pressure, heart, and diabetes. Her health condition deteriorated due to the difficult life in Gaza and famine, and because we live in tents in the extreme heat.!🥹

I am during the war and my life has become arduous and tiring!😌

Now we live here, it is a terrifying life, more like a nightmare!☹️

Our beautiful house has become rubble!😢

My little brothers have not comprehended what is happening to them from this humanitarian disaster and we have never lived this life before. We are living the worst tragic moments and hell has not stopped yet.

episodes that i think every tv show should have:
timeloop
whodunit
musical
beach trip
random genre change (especially if it's to a noir detective thing)
one where they get randomly meta and fourth wall breaky but then never acknowledge it again
one where something happened but we as the audience don't actually get to see how it happened and only see it through the unreliable narrated flashbacks as recollected by the characters

Hello, I was not sure to make this post, it makes me anxious to ask for help when lots of other people need help as well but I am struggling financially right now and sadly my dog Shiva have an ear hematoma (it's not that big now, we tried draining it at home a couple of times but gets big and swollen again the next day 😭) (I apologize for my bad English I will try to explain the best I can because it's not my native language)

the surgery for this costs around $200 usd in one of the lowest cost clinics in the city, in this place my dog got her spay surgery, at this clinic they have not expensive costs and treats street animals and helps to finds homes for them. Last year, in October, my dog was peeing blood, she had this problem before but it stopped for months with meds and then started again, the vet found out she had urethral stones and crystals (2023 was a terrible year 😫)

With lab tests and ultrasound they told us that surgery was the only option, but thankfully it was not, our vet (bless her) gave her meds and a special diet (a dog food for the dissolution of the struvite stone and the tiny crystals) and it worked, we gave her that food for months (it's really expensive but totally worth it)

That food saved her from surgery, but the vet told us my dog is prone to this so she needs to eats this other special food, its not that expensive like the first one but still it's not cheap either 🥺🥺

Tomorrow my vet who is not working in that clinic anymore, who is really nice, is visiting my dog to drain her ear hematoma (hope my dog cooperates because she loves people so much, she is extremely friendly and that will difficult the vet's job) she is going to give her some medication too, but that will cost money and I was saving it for the food, and I hope my dog doesn't need the surgery, I am really scared for her and for not having enough money for it in case that is necessary, because the vet said when I messaged her that sometimes even draining it and with meds, the problem is likely to return. So I love my dog and I wish I didn't need to do this but I am asking for your help, please, I need at least $100 usd for the food, so if you can donate something I will appreciate it greatly, reblogs are appreciated as well, my silly baby says please and thank you too ❤️🐶
