Hi I'm Julian Nicholas B. Roncesvalles. My topic today is about traditional Filipino food.
First we have Chicken Tinola.
Chicken Tinola is a Filipino soup dish. it involves cooking chicken pieces in ginger broth. It is a popular cold weather dish.
Next is Philippine Adobo.
Filipino Chicken Adobo is the national dish of the Philippines and may well become your new favourite Asian chicken dish! Just a few everyday ingredients I can practically guarantee you already have, itās an effortless recipe that yields juicy, tender chicken coated in a sweetĀ savoury glaze with little pops of heat from peppercorns.
Next is Sinigang.
PorkĀ SinigangĀ is a delicious Filipino sour soup dish. The soup is made from any cut of pork along tomato, string beans, spinach, and tamarind.

PancitĀ BihonĀ is a popular noodle dish in the Philippines.Ā
Next is giniling.
Pork Giniling is a pork dish that makes use of ground pork as the primary ingredient. Ground pork is stewed in tomato sauce and water to bring out the taste while vegetables such as carrots and potatoes (some also like this with raisins and green peas) are added for additional flavor and nutrition.
Next is Lumpia.
LumpiaĀ is a delicious deep-fried spring roll, stuffed with a mixture of minced meat and chopped vegetables.
Meaning āmilk flanā in English,Ā leche flanĀ is a custard dessert made of pudding with a soft layer of caramel on top. The texture is smooth and creamy; the flavor rich and sweet.
