BACKGROUND OF THE PIECE

The things that inspired me to write this poem was my mother and the Earth.Both of them gave us life. Hurting them is also hurting ourselves.God created them first before us. We are their children and our task is to take good care of them just like how we took good care to ourselves.

CENTRAL MESSAGE OF THE PIECE

The central meaning of my piece is all about my mother's hard work and love for us. It tells that Mothers always did their best for there children and it tells that even how many bad things you did and if everyone's turn their back at you always remeber that your mother is always there ready to catch you ang hold you tight. No one can replay the love of any mother to their children,they even sacrifices just to give you your wants and needs. In my piece it also tell's that hurting your mother is like hurting our mother earth because even you forgot to take care of the earth her, she's always there giving the oxygen you need to your daily life just like your mother even you disrespect her sometimes or forgot to take care of her she's still there taking care of you in times of your needs and sorrow. So don't forget to take care of them and give value to them because without them we are nothing, but with them we have everything.

RHYME SCHEME

The rhyme scheme that I used is "AABB-ABAB-ACBB" in the first stanza i use the coupled rhyme because I paired them. At the second stanza I used the alternate rhyme since I arranged them alternatively. And at third my last stanza I used simple 4 line rhyme.

RHYTHM

The rhythm I used is dactyl because every line's contains stressed followed by 2 unstressed.

Structure and form

My piece is contains of 12 lines and I divided it into 4 stanza.

To define my genre of life I choose action/adventure.

Everyday is an adventure for me.I discover new things, places and situations. There are many obstacles I have to pass on and many goals to achieve. No one can stop me reaching all of it. We all have different adventures and actions in life. Be strong,brave and enjoy every moment of it.

Mother/Earth

My mother is like an earth

She's the one who gave me birth

She will do anything just to provide something to eat

My mother, no one can beat

Sometimes I broked my mother's heart

But still she gives all her love in me

Just like I forgot to take care of the earth

But keeps on giving oxygen for me

Hurting a mother and the earth is also hurting ourselves

We should love both of them,and you have to believe

Without them, we are nothing

With them, we will have everything

Creative writing uses not just a piece of paper and a pen but also your heart and mind.

Pen and a piece of paper is an instrument on how to be a creative writer. Your heart and mind plays an important role in creative writing because it is a way to fully express your thoughts and ideas about what you feel and imagined.Being a creative writer is a skill and a blessing that is given by God. To be a creative writer you should widen your mind and open your heart in order for you make a unique and thoughtful statement. Creative writing is like an adventure which you can see places,things and different situations with the help of your mind and heart. Emotions are important also for you as a creative writer to put feelings of what is happening in the situation . Give yourself a peace of mind in order for you to focus and express your thoughts,feelings,emotions and ideas through creative writng. We all have different life experiences that is why everyone has a unique way of being a creativer writer.
