Everyone in my family are either lawyers or doctors and law wasn’t really my thing, but I had a knack for biology, so being a surgeon always felt meant to be? I don’t know. Jordan raised his eyebrows but nodded, "Oh you are dead too?" He focused on his sense but her heart was beating normally and so he nodded. "Let me guess... Sharing a body? Sister did you in?"

When he showed her his fangs she didn’t react, other than to punch him again. And again. “No. Jordan Presley is a fuckin’ liar! You’ve been alive this whole time? And you didn’t tell Jack? Or Mama or Dad? What the fuck? Talk now.” She demanded, angrily swiping at the tears rolling down her cheeks. 

Jordan took her hands and huffed. "Why the fuck would I ever tell Jaquelyn?" He asked letting go of her hands and stepping back. "And mom and dad are better of not knowing." He took a deep breath and shook his head of all the places he could have ended up in, it had to be in the same place as them, he walked towards her and hugged her. "I missed you," he said but it wasn't real, she was dead, he knew she was, this was just... a piece of her soul or something attached to Jackie's body for punishment or something but he couldn't tell her that so instead he pulled back and locked eyes with her. "Forget about this." He compelled, "When I leave forget you saw me, forget this conversation." He said and kissed her forehead before turning around to leave.

"Well, if by dealing you mean just to get blood high and faery blood high or regular high, then I'm dealing great, honestly learning about it hasn't been my top priority, I know how to compel pretty well though."

“Actually I’m... not, tasted it once and it was as bad as... Tofu,” Jordan replied grimacing at the memory of the taste. “But yeah... I can do discreet...” he could at least try, of course, he shrugged. “Ah... I’m not... that good at controlling myself yet... like at all, so I don’t know how wise it’d be to get a cup of Joe but refraining from draining co-workers is good advice, thanks.”

“I don't know who Keanu is but if I ever get staked or come in contact with silver or anything else I can’t heal from, I’ll make sure to seek him out,” Jordan said with an amused smile. “An angry mob... well I’m not really a fan of those... how often are we talking about here?” He asked with a raised eyebrow. “I grew up in Texas so at first it was Football and I always loved music but I can’t sing that well, my... uh, someone, I knew got into musical theatre and it went from there,” Jordan explained. “What about you? Always wanted to be in the medical field?” He asked as he nodded his head and walked around inspecting the items on the table.

I don’t know if my self esteem could take it,” She attempted to joke, knowing that the only reason she was hired to begin with was because of the amount of fans who disliked the original Daisy in the role.

“I mean... very old school cartoons like if you are being chased, you make a thorny bush or a cactus or like poison, Ivy appear behind you, very Roadrunner like.” Jordan chuckled. “And I would pay money to watch someone throw cacti at people.” He added with a smirk. “Relatively new, I was a shapeshifter before and I think it’s been a couple of years... I wasn’t the best keeping track of time at first.” He winced. “Alright, if I happen to like her better don’t worry, I’ll lie through my teeth.”

I just…” Kenz trailed off, not really sure how to explain her life story in one nonchalant sentence, so instead she just said, “My life’s just a little complicated… with a vault worth of baggage…”

Jordan raised an eyebrow. “So what you are saying is that the Batcave is awesome and that your vault is more of a nerd’s wet dream?” He asked teasingly. “And how can you even know Vlad himself owned it? Whenever someone is like oh this thing is old it was owned by this dude, I’m like even if it had the dude’s name that doesn’t mean someone else years ago didn’t do it themselves for one reason or another, I could go get like.... a barbie sword and write your name and in a lot of years someone will find it and be like oh yeah... it was hers.” Jordan asked with a frown that switched into a smirk, “I always hated watching the price of history,” he explained but then nodded his head, “I get the whole complicated life, so we’re good.”

Jordan was blood high, besides fae high, which wasn't easy to come by, it was his favorite type of high, he had feasted and it was the best feeling in the world, he took the offered bottle and drank from it chuckling at the question and shrugged, “I am fast but I don’t know exactly how fast,” discovering his abilities haven’t exactly been top priority since he woke up, well, dead. He said leaning his back against the edge and then leaning back so he was looking up at the sky. “I can see better too, and smell and hear and taste, though it sucks cause human food isn't exactly that appealing anymore.”

Dropping a text for him to meet her at their usual spot ( atop an abandoned building with a stash of alcohol and spliffs ) she climbed up on the edge of the roof while she waited. Sober enough not to wobble, Roxy admired the view while she opened up the whiskey and took a big gulp. “So,” She twisted on her feet when she heard his steps. “You’re like super fast now, right? Like the flash? If I jumped, would you catch me before I splattered?” Chuckling, she held the bottle out for him to take. @jordan-yatt​

Jordan sighed heavily, shoulders dropping, he had been caught and he knew it, he actually hadn’t expected it to last as long as it had, he didn’t flinch as she punched him. “Jordan Presley is dead,” he said shrugging, he didn't know exactly how to put into words everything that had happened, didn’t want to even think about it, so instead he opened his mouth and showed her his fangs.

Before I woke up being a vampire I was a shapeshifter and I probably have a good couple of months where I just remember bits and pieces in between, it’s harder since I was turned cause the whole healing bullshit but It still happens from time to time,” he explained. “Not 100% but yeah, it’s the one I’ve practiced the most.
