I know what it feels like to be locked out, but what's worse is being locked in. Locked in with you're own negative thoughts. Telling yourself that you're not good enough long enough you'll soon actually believe it. I'm always trying to make everyone happy I forgot what its like to make myself happy. The mistakes I've made the thoughts are the worst things to be locked in with. A constant reminder. I sadly became a perfectionist. If something wasn't perfect it's not good enough. And that makes everything a lot worse. A lot worse to try and live with. Why'd I ever let things get so bad. My mom constaly has to watch me cause I tried to end it all just last week. Being constantly watched drives you crazy pretty fast...

I know what its like crying yourself to sleep cause I have been there. I know what it feels like having a handful of pills cause I have been there. I know that lonley feeling. I been there too. I know what its like sitting there with a blank look cause inside your too broken to even focus on anything because that's also my life.
