If I could ever make official lore up for the Dark Riders it’s gonna go down like this:

A Katja who yearns to be loved and needed but feels cursed as she lives whilst those around her dies.

A Sabine who’s got to be in control, always, so her people can’t get hurt.

A Jay who wants to be comfortable in their own skin and finds solace in tricks and illusions.

Dark Riders who build walls up to the stratosphere because being perceived, being known, is what they so desperately want but at the same time their biggest fear

hiya! i am completely new to this game, and though i have an account and have played for a few hours, i know it’ll take a while longer to get my bearings. i was drawn to this game because of its open world (?) style exploring capabilities, and the visuals of the horses (i will admit that i was not especially into horses as a child and was not allowed to take lessons anyway 😓 and i suspect that i will be an outlier haha). but the biggest draw for me was seeing people talk about having ocs and stories, aus, lore and doing roleplay with their characters! as such, i wanted to ask ssoblr if any of you have any tips on getting the hang of this game, specifically curated for someone who likes creative writing, and also for getting into the community. what are the active social medias for sso players? thank you in advance and hopefully this makes sense!!

What are everyone's thoughts on the new "Proud" collection?? I'm assuming it's meant to pair up with the rest of the collections from previous years, and given that these collections were meant to go hand-in-hand with Pride Month... Idk, I feel a little offput by how plain it is? I had to really squint to see that there was more than black and white going on with the set's design.

I really just want to know if I'm being too harsh and maybe even a little too put-off by it all, given the political climate of... well, everything.
