Well I’m great at cooking.  I just purposefully didn’t mention that when people were asking me what I was good at because I didn’t want to be only cooking all the time.  But I can probably make it taste decent if you did.

You could look at it as character growth. Like, you started somewhere undesirable, but you came far to be who you are now.

Maybe, I just hate my memories.  I was so weak and pathetic, it’s an insult to who I am now.
