The family of Joshua "Josh" A Brown located at 68 San Marcos Dr is under electronically surveillance by a group of criminals. This is on going and has been on going since he arrived in Crawfordville Florida in June or July 1st f 2021. Before his arrival neighbors began talking about his scheduled arrival from Kentucky. From what I can reduce it is "hired surveillance" to keep tabs on him due. This is because a person or persons stole his deceased father's and possibly his extended families money or monies while Josh was incarcerated in 2019. Other information points to a much earlier date of large scale theft by others, possibly as early as 2016 or before. These criminals are well equipped and dangerous due to the extent at which he is watches and the manpower and foresight needed to conduct this operation.

We believe that several homes occupied nearby house the suspects. One is the name of Keven Riggles, one in the name of Cheryl Riggles and another in the name of Freeman. Several of the people in the neighborhood are from or have close relationships with people from Mr. Browns prior location in KY. His next door neighbor was schooled in Morgan County KY. His neighbor across the street in the name of Huff has a relative "grand daughter" in the Princeton KY area and claims to have graduated high school with Josh. A new occupant in the name of Roebuck appears to have several relatives in the McCracken County area of KY in which Mr. Brown is from.

A long time resident Ray Cadence was witnessed Mr. Brown about very specific circumstances that only an worker at a former KYTC Project in Aurora KY would have had information on. The questions regarded a construction worker named Ray Power whom has accidentally shot himself in his hand while on break at the Eggers Ferry Bridge Project in which Josh had worked. The incident was never reported in newspapers and could have only been known to a worker, inspector with the State of Kentucky or possibly law enforcement.

It appears in my observation that very few people actually make contact with the Browns. The people that do make contact seem to be "vetting" The Brown Family to see in the information that they obtained by whatever means is actually true and correlates to Josh. The friends of his brother Jason whom owns the property are small to mid level dealers and identity thieves. They are also likely confidential informants to local authorities. It's possible that the LEO are involved. Long time property owner and Sheriff Miller of Wakulla County once lived only 45 from Mr. Brown and was the neighbor to another man named Josh L Brown of Salem KY. He also owns or owned property just 4-5 house down from Josh A Brown on San Marcos Dr. I am worried that the aforementioned are somehow involved in this

and The Brown Family is in serious trouble.

I personally witnessed the front wheel of Jason Brown's F350 fall off as he drove down Crawfordville HWY. I also overheard that Jason was forced off the road in broad daylight while pulling a heavy trailer with the same vehicle. Interestingly at least half of the 6 or visitors to the Browns are now lodged in Jail. Including Fredrick Strain, James Callentine, Anne Schneider, Sierra Adkinson or Garrett, Conrad Wood or White, Angie Traywick, James Beatty or Beatty and Dewayne Williams among others. Jason himself was charged with Grand Theft as well. It seems as if Law Enforcement is seriously interested in these people although no arrest have taken place at the residence...

I am seriously concerned for this families safety and it's apparent they do not have the means to help themselves.

The Brown's previously lived at 455 Brooke Hampton Dr in Tallahassee since 2009 prior to moving to this "remote area" in comparison to the subdivision in which they left.

I want to say again and say this clearly "THIS FAMILY IS STALKED AND US UNDER SURVEILLANCE BY CRIMINALS". "I HAVE FIRST HAND KNOWLEDGE OF THIS AND HOPE THAT SOMEONE HELPS THEM". I am afraid to leave my name or contact information. Please respond.

The suspect listed below is a name and description I overheard people discussing. I also heard about a lady named Cindy, a woman named Andrena Fisher and often hear theft, stalking, and other organized crime discussed.

I am terrified of this and don't understand how these people hear what's going on inside the Brown's home and observe their actions so closely without making contact. It's as if they are inside with them from the audio I have heard and the daily photos that are taken and sent out. I suppose this is a requirement of the contractor/ the person whom pays the stalkers.

They call themselves "gang-stalkers" and "handlers" they call Josh the "TI". I recently realized this meant Targeted Individual!

Our way of life is becoming increasingly threatened by those whom know nothing but greed and hate expressed by cowards that lack religion and a higher power. I desperately need a few long guns, pistols and shotguns to arm an area under siege located in Crawfordville Florida. Many of the residents whom live on either San Marcos Dr or Sheppardwood in Crawfordville Florida are under investigation. The investigation stems from the recovered remains of two young woman that have been missing for months. It's believed that they were part of a human trafficking ring. These woman very closely resembled another pair of wealthy individuals and were used to steal hundreds of thousands of dollars. The investigation is ongoing and dozens of indictments are to closely follow.
