And the manga states that one of Saiki's Mind Control orders impacted buildings, so that destroyed buildings go back to normal in a week...

So does this panel imply that in Saiki's world the Twin Towers just fucking returned a week later?????????

Like. Presumably the people still died (car accidents still kill people in this world so presumably if the injuries are severe enough to kill you on impact then you still die despite the rapid healing) but the buildings themselves were just fine after a week??
