sooo i was part of the next semester music video :) and boyyyyy do i have a lot to say!! I’ll just start with this, josh loves watching tyler get sprayed down with water. I’ve never seen somebody as down bad as josh was, arching his back while watching tyler talk to the director. sheeesh, give me a little time and I’ll put out a few passages for those who are interested in what im gonna write :3 it will all be entirely inspired by the music video and being there for 9+ hours with the two of them.

i’ve got some joshler stuff cooking up but i can’t post about it until the mv is dropped… for legal reasons…

in the meantime, look at these boyfriends. they’re my favorite boyfriends.

i believe that tyler really REALLY loves putting josh in sheer/see-through/cropped clothing. if josh has to wear a shirt, tyler requests that he chooses for josh. and i love them for that.

my joshler brain is short circuiting with ideas good god

tyler def has some type of religion kink.. he wants to be worshipped as if he were (a) god. to see someone on their knees in front of him, looking up at him with big doe eyes. it would make him feel powerful. his neck would twitch as his eyes roll back and he would run his thumb down their bottom lip.

“confess. confess to me it is what you want.” he would mutter, his hands going from their lips, to pull their hair.

coming back to this because we do not talk about it enough!!

im going to paint this out for you so we can all enjoy my idea together,

tyler found himself sat in an unusually crammed van, waiting for josh to get inside so they could take off. the two had just finished the final leg of their tour, and were headed back to ohio to celebrate. looking down at his phone, the singer grew increasingly impatient, minutes slowed to a painful crawl.

after what felt like an eternity of time away from each other, joshua quietly made his way into the car. opening the van door, he was excitedly greeted by tyler, practically bursting at the seams with elation. a quick, “hey, one sec,” from the drummer shot down the singer’s spirit in a swift and sudden moment. tyler’s beaming eyes softened to disappointment, as he watched josh collapse into the equally crammed car seat that sat directly adjacent to him. the crushed male’s posture slowly turned to face the window, nearly caving into himself, his eyes glued to his feet on the floor.

josh just needed a few moments of pretending to be busy until tyler started to beg. the drummer’s lips curled into a small smirk before letting out a small laugh, flickering his eyes up to see his bandmate shift in near irritation.

“joshua,” tyler sighed, rolling his eyes dramatically, cocking his head to the side to look at what his friend was doing over his shoulder. the drummer was aimlessly scrolling through twitter! ‘nothing remotely more interesting than myself’ tyler thought to himself, almost feeling hurt. although josh was pretty convinced ignoring tyler’s desperate attempts for his attention would be easy, he found himself hesitating, wanting to cave. but, the drummer knew if he just held on a little longer, the payoff would be so worth it.

“josh,” this time, he was almost whining. before joshua could let out another laugh, tyler pulled out his own phone and frustratingly started texting, sending josh text after text. the singer couldn’t stop himself at this point, if his bandmate wasn’t going to acknowledge him in person, he couldn’t ignore him on his phone!

of course, right after tyler got desperate enough to say ‘i love you’, was right when josh looked up from his phone. and suddenly, tyler couldn’t talk, he could only nervously text as he watched josh grin and screenshot their conversation.

“i finally caught you and everyone is going to know that you love me,” the drummer giggled as he pressed post on his twitter, watching tyler have a near meltdown from embarrassment.

(obviously tyler got his revenge later that day once they were back home😌)

based on tyler’s instagram story today, he’s been thinking about josh allllll day.

approx how many times a day do u think Josh and Tyler just get distracted checking out each others bodies and ALSO who is the first to initiate intimacy, Josh or Tyler - kiitchensiink

i bet they’ve both found themselves getting distracted so often they have to keep other in check somehow. maybe with a seemingly innocent and playful nudge or a wink. i bet there have been so many times where josh will distract tyler to the point where tyler forgets the lyrics to songs that he’s been singing for over ten years. im sure they count each time they find themselves distracted during the show (tyler always finds himself getting more distracted, watching josh work his drums does wonders to the singer’s imagination) just to see if tyler could stay more focused than josh at least once. it hardly ever goes as planned.

but, because tyler can’t keep his mind to himself, he frequently finds himself the one to initiate intimacy first. i think it’s cause josh loves to see tyler get sooo worked up, until he can’t take it anymore and snaps with affection. joshua is definitely a constant victim of tyler’s loving wrath of kisses and love bites. but, he knows what he’s doing and he nearly encourages the behavior from his friend.
