the official end of an era w/ my boy @inlvstriis.
blurryface put us on the map. the fans took that album and ran with it, we were just along for the ride. they took us on tours across the country, and then tours across the world. they took us to sold out stadiums and awards shows. they took us to the charts again and again and again.
every piece of music we work on is important to us, but blurryface was the start of something really special. and to say that the start of something has come to an end feels odd, but i’m so excited to move on and create new music, a new sound, a new era, to create to meaning.
the blurryface era is over, but we haven’t forgot where we started. we haven’t forgot what the fans helped us achieve. we won’t forgot what any of this has done for us.
