hey so Los Angeles is in crisis right now.

Multiple concurrent wildfires are happening, two of which are extremely devastating. The Palisades Fire, which at this time is the deadliest wildfire in LA history, has burned 18 square miles worth of land and destroyed over 1,000 structures. The Eaton Fire has burned over 10,000 acres. And the Santa Ana winds are rapidly escalating the fires to where containment at this time is borderline nonexistent and firefighters are at a loss for what to do. People have died. The air is extremely hard to breathe from smoke. Elderly, disabled and transient populations are at great risk. Even 20 miles south and 30 miles west of the Palisades and Eaton Fires, the smoke is so bad that there are air quality alerts and the moon is red at night. These have been called “catastrophic urban firestorms” and the people affected need your compassion.

If you are directly affected by the Eaton or Palisades Fires, here is a list of safe evacuation centers:

Level 30 of Life Unlocked

It’s my 30th birthday today, and it feels a bit sad without my parents and my sister, but, this will be a year of hustle and learning a lot about myself.

I’m on Co-Star and they presented a small thing for my birthday and it wrote: “This year your task is to fall in love with as many things as you possibly can. Flirt as if your life depends on it. Wear the wrong outfit.

I hope this year would be the year I finally publish my lore that I’ve been working on secretly. I hope that this year would be a year of assertiveness and I’m able to assert what I want and I hope that this year… my F/Os spoil me rotten BFJDJDJD

For those who don’t know through my Discord, this is my current situation. Grief as an emotion is so so hard to carry around. To summarize:

My mother passed away on the 25th of July, and my father passed away 3 weeks later, on the 18th of August, a day after their wedding anniversary.

There are some of y’all who know that I lost my sister 2 years ago, so basically I don’t have my immediate family anymore but I do have my relatives. I’ll try to find a way to channelize this grief into writing because… it’s a lot to take in right now.

I know coming back to tumblr on my birthday is not exactly ideal but rhdjdjdjjs I’ve turned 29 today! There have been more lows than highs, but I am grateful to those who I’ve met on tumblr and even to those who I’ve not been in touch with.

This year I’ve been bad with keeping in touch and been not replying lately. And I’m truly sorry for that. Mental health was not at my best and I thought the best way to do so was to not talk because I felt like I’d be bothering people but, it’s a learning process isn’t it? I’ll try to be better at being more active.
