This is Thancred! I wanted to try a "hero shot" for my favourite Gunbreaker.

The idea of a WoL x Koana ship is so funny to me because I can picture a light bulb going off above Koana's head when he realizes that Thancred and Urianger know the WoL quite well. So as they travel he starts to (what he thinks is) subtly mine them for information so as to ascertain how he can woo the WoL, only for Thancred to raise a single eyebrow and deadpan tell him "I know what you're doing." And Urianger just giggles behind his grimoire because this is definitely not the first time this has happened.

Meanwhile in a camp a few malms away the WoL is also grilling Wuk Lamat about her brother but she thinks the WoL is just scoping out the competition and tells them everything, right down to the embarrassing childhood stories.
