I have some news for members of the united states armed forces who feel like they are pawns in a political game and their assignments being unnecessary.

this probably wont reach a huge audience but

happy pride to the trans n nb folks who cannot transition. be it for monetary reasons, living in a place that wouldnt accept u, medical issues, or anything else. happy pride to trans n nb teens who r being told that u "dont know what ur talking about". things will get better , ur entirely valid regardless of what u hear echoed day to day, u are not any less real. take care of urself. u have not been, and never will be lesser js coz u dont fit into a box.

FOR PARENTS OF YOUNG KIDS IN THE US!

Someone over on bluesky posted this and I figured I'd better repost it here. It's the pre-RFK 2025 vaccination schedule for babies and young children, ya know, just in case it mysteriously disappears. Save this and give it to your child's pediatrician; tell them this is the schedule you want your child on.

the secret to organising any kind of trip with your friends is to become the benevolent dictator. do NOT wait for everyone to provide a consensus on things before you book anything. do it and then ask for feedback after. do not ask people what they would like to do just tell them what is happening and let them all nod along like the sheep they are. this is the ONLY way to coordinate a group of adults in their 20s/30s

I went to a library book sale this weekend and I found a very old book called “Electronic Life: How to Think About Computers,” which was published in I think 1975? I’ve been reading it kind of like how I would read a historical document, and it’s lowkey fascinating
