I wanted to show surrealism in the person in my picture eating noodles from his head. I also wanted him to be swimming like a fish in a river of soup. At first, I thought about making him sit down on a chair with dog paws and flowers coming out of his body. The original idea also included the noodles on his head. I was inspired by some pictures I saw in the internet and just looking at them, I came up with my ideas.
My images came from many places, especially my house and where I work. The kitchen was where I took most of my pictures. I took some in the shop I work of cars and things like that but I did not used them because there were too many stuff going on. There was another background I was going to use but it was not interesting enough so that is how I came up with the idea of making my model appear to be swimming. I also retook pictures of the noodles and the head of my model because in the previous pictures, no one is going to notice what was in his head.
I had difficulties with this project overall. I could not put my ideas together and it was hard for me to make everything seem like one whole picture. My hand shakes a lot so it was hard to soften edges. I used a lot of tools to make it look better and it did a little. I don’t think it came out good but I like that I am learning things like this in case I use it for the future.

They all inspire me because of the connection with nature. The sense of being in a place not real but that deals with nature is amazing.
First picture is by Nikolina Petrolas
second one is by Wojciech Grzanka
