I know you probably get these asks a lot, but I've really been trying to try drawing comic pages. I really admire how free and flowing your style is! I've seen your little tutorials and tips and idk what's wrong but I just can't seem to wrap my head around panel composition? Like I do wonderful painting comps, but I can't seem to break out. Do you have any resources or help to get started?
thank you very much!!!!! im just using this ask as an excuse to draw random comic tips i hope thats okay and that you’ll get something out of it
did that help…

Arcadia, 02 June 1948
"There are those who have flown them and those who have not, and it is useless for the former to try to explain matters to the latter."
Captain Mahalia Ghale, pilot of the Alani Air Force and flight commander for 22nd Squadron (Gorgons), was talking about the Griffon, the newest "omni-role" fighter for the air service. Such flattering praise seldom comes from the pilots in the service, whose job is to push their machines to the breaking point in the ongoing hostilities.
Griffon-equipped units are already fighting the Fascists, intercepting their bombing flights, and raining hell on their armored columns. As the tide of battle changes in the Republic's favour, the Ministry of Defence has formally requested all fighter squadrons to be armed with the new machine before the end of the year.
A long fight awaits, but surely (cont'd on page 8)
-----------------------------------
Captain Mahalia Ghale and her Griffon, "Dancing Whirlwind".
800 km/h from a twin-core 3000 kW, 6-bladed contra-rotating turboprop. 2x 30x115mm revolver cannon and 4x 13x100mm heavy machine guns. 2500 kg of suspended ordnance.
The enemy doesn't stand a chance.
