Fluffy fur of unwrought gem-stuff composes the sinews of these floating eyes which hold as an eyeball a gem polished and grown in their very own mouth as a pearl, often from a seed gem. There is no true limit to the size these can get, but in practice the oldest ones don't tend to get much bigger then a horse.

These appear in nature when a creature's soul finds itself lodged in a gem, such as bugs stuck in Amber, Opalized bones and Pearls left in a dead clam. The animal ghost will, if left to it's own volition, settle into the gem body and form a proper Gem Eye.

If the gem is dislodged, these eyes keep a set of hardened gemstone teeth ready to replace defense with offence, and if possible, help pick those gems back up. These are usually used for polishing, but can become the seed of a new gem in an emergency.

Reproduction can happen in two ways, the first happens via the adult shedding slowly growing additional small gems along the central sinew. These sometimes becoming big enough to act on their own before being shed

Once the children are shed they tend to stick close to mama for a while for protection, though they must find their own food, and once they get big enough they must leave to be able to find enough without sharing.

The second happens if the Gem is lost, the soul of the original creature remains in the gem, repeating the original process it took to grow it's sinews. Meanwhile the body is forced to develop it's animal reflexes into the behavior of a soul, forming a new gem as quickly as it can to act as a stabilizer. If convenient, these are known to hunt the nearest animal to capture it as it's new soul, instead of developing it's own. This avoids the long and arduous process of adjustment usually seen with this process.

Hello , how are you? It’s great to connect with a soul like you. Also we are in lgbtiqa living in Gorom camp of South Sudan. We came from Kakuma refugee camp in Kenya to South Sudan after UNHCR of Kenya told us they are not willing to help us.

The good news are that the could be process in Gorom and most of the lgbtiqa refugees are registered and being given resettlement countries. We are new arrivals for my case and we please plowed for your help so that we can be able to get food and medication being that there are a lot of diseases in the camp caused by the poor hygiene and lack of toilets in the camp.

There is a larger population in the camp compared to the space and also homophobia is another problem. The camp officials are homophobic however much they have to work on our cases. They told us that they closed the registration process but they will open soon and so we are confident that we shall be registered.

I plead for your help for all of us as we are around 500 lgbtiqa people in Gorom camp.
