Hello, friends!
I reworked the ol' "Schweizer Guide to Spotting Tangents" lecture from my comics-teaching days, figured I'd share it here. If you want a free, printable PDF for yourself or to share (especially if you're an educator), you can find it at the bottom of this same lesson on my website.

This is my piece for the Sakura Centric Mini-Bang, for an amazing fic by @sandradaffodils called A Festival, A Kiss, and a Birthday Wish, beta'd by Shan!
It was a doozy getting this done and my art does not do the fic justice, but I hope everyone enjoys!! Thank you to my partners and the mod team for all your support and hard work, it's been a blast! It's great seeing all the works made for our lovely Sakura <3

btw I’ve found these stretches from the WAK blog very helpful when knitting a lot:
Plus make sure to take breaks regularly - and stop if anything starts to hurt!
especially with gift knitting I know it can be tempting to push through it for a deadline, but it’s really not worth causing long term injury. (And anyone knit-worthy should be understanding of that, imho.) Stay well :)

really helpful technique ^ once you know how to divide by halves and thirds it makes drawing evenly spaced things in perspective waaay easier:
