Final Reflection
What I liked most about my CAS journey was that I now have a very cool looking summary of the things that I can be proud of that I have done for the past 18 months. Thanks to CAS I also started to reflect much more on my actions. After writing tens of the reflections on my CAS posts, I started to understand why I did what I did, and that is how I learned the true value of CAS reflections. My greatest challenge was organization. I never knew what I have to do to complete all the strands that I needed to complete for CAS. The way I managed that was to simply mark it down each month on my phone. That way, I was able to track every single month what CAS strands I still needed to plan on doing. Through CAS I have avhieved many things such as becoming a football trainer, and understanding how my job helps me in my own "career". Talking about my career, that is also a part of my CAS journey, I feel like I am in the best shape in goal of my life, partially thanks to more and more confidence but mostly thanks to the numerous training sessions that I did and documented on my CAS blog. From CAS I took the ability to manage time and the ability to track my progress in a given field. These are both skill sets that I appreciate greatly to have in my life. I think that the hardest learning outcome to achieve is the one where I had to consider ethical obligations of actions. Considering ethics has never been my strong suit but thanks to CAS and experience within, I am starting to look at things from ethical perspectives.

CAS project Reflection
Reflecting on this project, I have developed a deeper appreciation for teamwork and communication. Task delegation allowed us to address problems more effectively, which improved our organizational and leadership skills. Managing finances with school administrators improved my budgeting skills when working in groups. The compliments and seeing the event run smoothly instilled confidence in our overall accomplishments, making me want to undertake projects of this type in the future with greater confidence. In addition to that I now understand the importance of good contacts in life. I was able to find professional medical staff through a firend of mine who's dad runa company that specialises in that. Furthemore the referee was my college that I played along-side for nearly 2 years. I belive it was one of if not the beggest event I ever coordinated in my life.

CAS Project Action
Organizing the event together was tiring but rewarding. We cooperated to obtain smooth match start times and sufficiently supported referees and medical staff. Quick communication allowed us to address unexpected issues effectively, and the event was organized professionally. Witnessing the excitement and competitive fervor of teams on a professional stadium was very rewarding, validating the quality and effectiveness of our cooperation and hard work. I also had to buy footballs that we played with during the duration of the tournament.

CAS Project Planning
Preparation of my football project was well planned. First, I had the issue of obtaining a professional standard pitch upon which to host twelve different teams from Warsaw. Obtaining qualified referees was quite time-consuming, as I aimed to maintain high standards and professionalism throughout the tournament. Booking medical staff was also crucial for the safety and health of the participants. Organizing the funds with my university involved careful budgeting and diligent tracking of each expenditure, which improved my organizational skills. Effective communication with both parties helped me avoid likely disagreements and delays. The extensive planning, although stressful at times, ensured each aspect received careful attention.

Creativity - February
At another training session, I taught kids a game known as "Treasure Hunt Dribble." The kids had to dribble through cones and pick up colored markers placed across the pitch. This improved their coordination as well as their focus. They loved the test and challenge, and seeing their smiling faces made the exercise even more rewarding.

Action - January
Icing skating was not a fun experience for me. I struggled with balancing, and falling several times was frustrating. The cold atmosphere made it uncomfortable, and the whole experience was unpleasant. Even though I'm happy that I attempted something new,

Service - January
During another visit to the children's hospital with Fundacja Ronalda McDonalda, I helped the staff organize their closet. Being tall and physically strong proved useful when lifting and placing larger objects on higher shelves. It was rewarding to be able to assist the hardworking staff, simplifying their daily routines and making them more effective.

Service - January
Visiting the hospital for children with Fundacja Ronalda McDonalda was important. I drew basic, fast forms that the kids would be able to color afterwards. Seeing them smile and be hyped created the value of the experience for me. It felt good to know that my small contribution cheered them up and reassured them at their hard time.
