Check out the inspiring story of Lindsey Burt. Only 18 years old (as of January 2021), she has really managed to turn her life around.

In high school she was diagnosed with clinical depression, following experiencing loneliness and depression. In her sophomore year a friend convinced her to start working out, and she became motivated to improve, physically and mentally. “This is where it all started. The gym was my escape, it was my therapy,” as she writes.

In her junior year she got into a relationship with her boyfriend, Dajean Price. He too had a passion for fitness, and he did a great job keeping her motivated.

Lindsey has started the website grow with linds, helping other girls improve their body in one particular area: Getting a nice, big booty. Under the slogan “get thicc with me”, Lindsey is offering an 8 week booty building guide to girls who want some gains in the glutes department.
