Sure. Also, it’s okay. I just went through a couple of ideas but ultimately went with something where the Reader can turn into a Dire Wolf. I also made the reader Gender Neutral. Funnily enough, I wrote most of this once I read your request.

The Frog and The Wolf

Lúcio x Dire Wolf! GN! Reader

You were new to Overwatch and only knew a few members. You knew Soldier: 76, Tracer, Winston, Mercy, and Ana. You were finishing unpacking when you heard a knock on the door. You carefully opened it only to see the one and only Lúcio.

"Hello hello. I heard that there was a new recruit and thought I would stop by and introduce myself."

You were blushing as he talked.

"I already know who you are. You are Lúcio. I am such a big fan of your music. Oh sorry. I am Y/N."

You and Lúcio shake hands. You let him into your room.

"So, what made you join Overwatch, Y/N?"

"I want to help people and make the world a better place."

"Wonderful. What do you do?"

"Oh, I can turn into a Dire Wolf. I was an experiment for some scientists at Talon. I promise you that I am not a spy. You can ask Mercy, Winston, Tracer, Soldier: 76, and Ana if you don't believe me."

There was a minute of silence before either of you spoke.

"I believe you after hearing what Talon does. Dire Wolf huh? That's cool."

~Six months later~

You were on a mission. You were with Echo, Lúcio, Mercy, and Reinhardt. You were in your Dire Wolf form and noticed a sniper aiming at Lúcio. You quickly jumped in front of the bullet and Echo took out the sniper. The bullet hit your shoulder, but it didn't stop you from taking out the enemies that were surrounding you and Lúcio.

After the mission, you were still in your Dire Wolf form and Mercy was currently taking the bullet out of your shoulder and stitching up the wound. After that, you were back in your human form and Lúcio came up to you.

"Thank you for saving me from that sniper, Y/n"

"You're welcome, Lúcio. I have to protect our support heroes."

After the ship lands at headquarters you and Lúcio go to the cafeteria.

"Y/N, do you ever think about what it would be like if you weren't a Dire Wolf?"

"Sometimes. But I like to think that I would still join Overwatch because I want to help the world."

You two eat and end up talking about random things.

~two weeks later~

You open your room door and see Lúcio holding a bouquet of flowers.

"Y/n, would you... um... would you? Why is this so hard?"

"Are you asking me out on a date, Lúcio?"

"Yeah. But you make me all flustered because I think you are cute."

You take the flowers and kiss his cheek.

"I would love to go on a date with you."

After that first date, you and Lúcio officially start dating. There happened to be a bet between Tracer, Mercy, Ana, Reinhardt, and Cassidy on how long it would take for you two to start dating. Reinhardt won that bet and Cassidy lost. Cassidy said two weeks while Reinhardt said six months.

Keeping a Close Eye

Junkrat x Missing Eye! Reader

You used to be a field agent for Overwatch. That was until you got debris in your eyes. Mercy got all of the debris out of one eye, but had to remove the other eye. She had to remove it because the cornea had such a deep wound and couldn’t be saved. She did give you a prosthetic eye.

You asked Reinhardt and Ana if they could teach you how to navigate through the base. No matter how hard you try you still bump into walls, trip over nothing, and get lost.

~2 weeks after the incident~

You were trying to get to Winston’s lab when you accidentally bumped into a tall figure. You dropped the papers and immediately crouched down to pick them up.

“You should watch where you’re going, mate.”

Great the last people you wanted to run into accidentally. You finally grab the last paper, stand up, and look the men in the face. Or at least where you think their faces should be because they’re on your bad side.

“I can’t see where I’m going on my bad side. Now if you’ll excuse me I have to get to Winston’s lab.”

Junkrat frowned and looked at Roadhog.

“You should go apologize, Rat. They aren’t having the best time right now. They lost their eye.”

“Oh alright, Roadie.”

Junkrat goes off in the direction you went. Once he caught up to you he saw that you were staring at a sign that had arrows pointing in different directions. He walked up next to your good side.

“I’m sorry about what I said. I didn’t know. Honestly. Can I make it up to you by helping you get to Winston?”

You groan then sigh. You look at his face. You couldn’t tell if he actually felt bad.

“You can help. But please walk slowly.”

He grins, takes your hand, and you two head to Winston. You get to the lab and give Winston the papers. You apologize for them out of order. Junkrat says that it was his fault. You sit on the closest seat which was a couple of inches away from where you thought it was. You started to fall, but you didn’t hit the ground. You looked up to see that Junkrat had caught you.

“I guess I should keep a closer eye on you.”

He laughs at his joke.

“I guess you should.”

~2 months after the incident~

You were in Mercy’s office. She had said that she was working on a functional prosthetic eye for you. One that had vision, but the vision would be a little blurry. You had Junkrat with you for support and to make sure you didn’t trip or get lost and miss the appointment.

“So I did try to get the color as close to the eye as possible.”

Mercy informs you. She hands you the new prosthetic after you took your old one out. You took a deep breath and put in the new one. You blinked a few times and looked around the room. It was a little blurry, but it was better than seeing nothing. You looked at where Junkrat was sitting. You could see his form better than before. Mercy had you do some eye tests before you left.

You did trip a couple of times while you and Junkrat were going to meet up with Roadhog. You ended up falling asleep in Roadhog’s room while the two Junkers were working on stuff. No matter how bad you felt about your situation you knew that you had someone keeping a close eye on you.

You were pre packing your art for the convention that was happening in the city over from where you and Hanzo live. Hanzo knew you love to sell your art at conventions.

“Y/N, how long will you be gone?”

“I will only be gone from Thursday afternoon to Sunday afternoon. I like to set up on Thursday since there won’t be a lot of people there.”

You finished packing your fourth bag of your art. You then start to pack your clothes. Hanzo sighs.

“You can come to the convention with me if you would like to. They said that I could bring an extra person if I wanted to.”

Silence filled the air as you packed your clothes. After a few minutes you heard another suitcase zipper unzip and you look over to see Hanzo packing his casual clothes. You smile as you finally finished and you two pack the car. Once you two get to the hotel you check in and bring in your luggage. It was Wednesday so you had time to relax before tomorrow.

~Thursday~

You and Hanzo go to the convention center with the four bags of your art and your banner. You and Hanzo get your lanyards and ID’s then you two head to the artist alley. Hanzo was setting up the banner while you set up the table. After you two set up you take a step back to see if you need to fix anything.

“I think it looks nice, Y/N.”

“Thank you, Hanzo.”

He takes it in and realizes that most of your art is based off his dragons. Like the plushies, the prints, the stickers, and the patches. They look similar but don’t look exactly like his dragons. He lets the two little reptiles out and tells them to be careful. You laugh at the two reptiles trying to intimidate the plushies.

~Friday and Saturday~

Hanzo was nervous at first with all of the people coming to your booth. He felt that way because he kept thinking someone would recognize him. You reassured him that no one will because they will probably think he’s just cosplaying as himself. And that’s exactly what happened. He eventually took over the card reader, the prints, and plushies. While you handled the cash, stickers, and patches. You two finally had a break to go eat something.

“I don’t know how you do that by yourself, Y/N. I swear you must have a secret.”

You laugh

“I wish. I think it got easier after a couple of conventions. Like after the 5th or 10th convention. But I think it’s easier with you.”

~Sunday~

Hanzo was happier since it was a chill day. You two ended up selling out of the plushies and prints by the end of the day. Hanzo made sure to take note of what you two didn’t sell. You did take a lot of pictures with your fans. After you two packed up, got your other bags, checked out, and packed the car you were finally going home.

“I think I would love to do that again.”

“You would?”

“Of course. It was fun.”

“Maybe we could do a couples cosplay together for the next one.”

“Maybe. It’s a maybe, Y/N. But right now we need to get home and rest.”

You knew Olivia Colomar before Talon existed. But you haven’t heard from her in many years. You were with her in the Los Muertos gang. You treated her wounds after every fight. But she left the gang and deleted every piece of information about her. It hurt you that she didn’t take you with her, but you knew she probably had her reasons.

Now you are Talons newest Support member. You work alongside Baptiste and Moira. You’ve gotten to know Sigma, Mauga, and Realer pretty well. You didn’t bother Widowmaker after you met her. You only spoke to Doomfist when he gave you orders. But there was one person of their team that you haven’t meet yet. Sombra.

You swear that you’ve heard that name before. It wasn’t until you, Baptiste, Mauga, Sigma, Reaper, and Sombra were told to go on a mission. You were going over your medical supplies and making sure that you had your boomerangs. Your healing method is that you use a sniper rifle that’s like Widowmaker’s but it does more healing than damage even though you do have other bullets too. But when you’re on the move you use your Cloth Healing that Moira gave you. Basically you heal yourself and others using bandages, gauzes, and rarely cotton cloths.

After you finished making sure you had everything you started to double check that Baptiste had enough of his healing items. You know he said that he has enough for the mission, but you just want to make sure and even said that he could double check your stuff. As you were doing that you heard Sigma coming into the airship talking with a woman. It sounded very familiar, but you couldn’t tell.

“Ah. Hello Y/T/N. Are you checking on Baptiste’s things?”

“Hello Sigma. Yes I am. Just double checking.”

You say as you stand and turn around to face him and the woman. You freeze as you lock eyes with the woman. It’s Olivia.

“Y/T/N this is Sombra. Sombra this is our new Support Y/T/N.”

“Y/N? How’d you end up here?”

“I could ask you the same thing. Sombra. But if we both live I’ll tell you after the mission.”

Sigma feeling the tension in the air decides to change the subject

“So Y/T/N how are you doing with your Cloth Healing? Have you been working with Moira on it?”

“Oh umm. I’m still getting used to it. But she said that she wants to add Digital Healing to my abilities.”

“And what did you tell her?”

“That I’ll think about about it. Anyways I’m going to check on Mauga real quick before we take off.”

Sigma nods and takes his seat next to Sombra who took hers. After 9 minutes Mauga and Baptiste sit next to each other and you sit next to Reaper.

~5 days later~

You and the team return to Talons base and go to write your individual reports of the mission to give Doomfist. You had to write a report on the mission and a report on your Cloth Healing for Moira. The mission report took you around 20 minutes. You started on your report for Moira. That’s when you hear Olivia’s voice next to you.

“Why did you let that woman experiment on you?”

“Because I knew it would help the team I’m with and the other agents at Talon.”

“Why did you join Talon?”

“Because Olivia I had nothing left after you left the gang.”

You say as you turn to look her in the eyes. You see the shock in her eyes when you say her real name.

“I had reasons to leave. People knew what I was doing and who I was. If I didn’t leave the gang and you then everyone would get hurt. Or even killed.”

She puts a hand on your cheek and wipes away a tear from your face.

“I missed you, Y/N. I wanted to take you with me, but I didn’t want to put you in more danger.”

“The day I found out you left was the day I was going to ask you to be my girlfriend.”

“I wanted to ask you same thing before I left.”

“Well. Sombra will you be my girlfriend?”

“I would love nothing more. Can we go and cuddle while I mess with Gabe through his lights?”

“After I’m done with my reports and hand them to Doomfist and Moira.”

~later that day at dinner~

“Y/N?!?!”

“Yes Reaper?”

“Have you seen Sombra?”

“No. Why?”

“I think she’s messing with my lights again.”

“Well she was with me after the mission in my room. But I don’t know where she is right now. You could ask Widow or Sigma.”

He signs as he walks off to find Widow or Sigma.

“He’s gone.”

Sombra uncloaks herself and continues to eat your fries.

“Thank you, my healer.”

She kisses your cheek as you laugh.

“Your welcome, my hacker. Oh by the way I’m working with Sigma tomorrow if you want to join me.”

“I’d love nothing more.”

“No one hides from my sight.”

You and Sombra look at each other. You two now hear Reaper running towards the room.

“Run!”

You say as you and Sombra try and escape the angry man. You pass Mauga and Baptiste. You stop and look at them.

“Distract Reaper, please. Thank you.”

You run off before they ask why and you hear them distracting Reaper. You get to your room only to see Olivia beat you there. You both lay on the bed after you lock your door. Olivia pulls out her laptop and you two cuddle while watching a movie.

okay so one of my favorite fic authors (@owlf45) had one of their fics stolen, put into an AI voice generator and posted onto youtube with out credit, consent or knowledge until yesterday. they also passed it off as their own, of fucking course

(god I never thought that something like this would finally make me lock all of my fics so only registered ao3 users can see them. I don't think this would completely solve the problem, but it's something.)

Keep an eye out for those kinds of channels that have very clearly AI generated titles (they don't use the original fic titles) and please please please report the videos if there is no credit or consent from the author. And please make a post and let your followers know. The channel that posted owl's fic went down from 58 videos to 5 overnight (and the channel posted one just a few hours ago) thanks to people reporting them. Some of them also have emails that are available to the public.

@aconstantstateofbladerunner is starting to work on finding different channels like this and aren't done yet but I would stay tuned on their page as they found a mutual of theirs who had her fic stolen (Tunafishprincess). so far that I know of is Fanfiction Watch Now, What If Anime, What if Anime All (literally found this one getting the link for the previous one), and Yuriko Fanfics the original offender.

These are all My Hero Academia focused, but there's likely dozens of other fandoms that authors are having their fics stolen, voiced by an AI and put into a youtube video. Some of them have fucking shooter games playing in the background. what the fuck is this shit.

Yes! I love that a lot of the Overwatch Fandom agree that his dragon’s name is Soba. I find it adorable and it’s totally one of my many Overwatch head canons. I don’t think I’ve read anything about Hanzo’s Dragons names though. Also, I don’t know if it’s canon that the reason that Genji doesn’t have two dragons is because the dragons are body and soul and he only has one because he lost the majority of his body. Anyways here ya go.

You are the only healer that Genji trusts when Mercy, Ana, and Kiriko aren’t available. Mercy has taught you the run down of how to help Genji with his Cyborg parts if she wasn’t around. You were a little jealous of Mercy and Genji’s bond. Not so much about his bonds with Kiriko and Ana. Ana was like everyone’s mom and Kiriko was like a sister to him.

You were organizing some medical supplies in your office when there was a knock on your door.

“Come in.”

You say as you close the cabinet door. You look at the doorway and see Hanzo and Kiriko holding Genji.

“Oh. Please put him on the table and tell me what happened.”

They do as you say and they do it quickly.

“Well his legs gave out. Then his arms stopped working.”

Hanzo informed you

“We tried Mercy’s office, but I forgot that she’s currently on vacation.”

Your face saddens.

“Luckily Mercy taught me how to do this. So he’s in good hands. If you two would to wait outside that would be great.”

They both nod and close the door when they exit. You sanitize your hands and put on some glove. You get to work getting Genji’s arms working. You were done with one arm and you were about to move to work on the other when Genji’s hand grabbed your wrist.

“Thank you, Mercy”

“You’re welcome, Genji.”

You say as you frown and he lets go of you. About 2 hours later you finally get his arms and legs working again. You were talking to Hanzo and Kiriko outside of your office when all three of you hear the door open.

“You know that you should be resting, Genji. Mercy told me that it’s important for you to rest for at least a minimum of 5 hours after I fix you up.”

“I apologize, Y/N. But…”

“But what, Genji?”

Hanzo questions.

“I can’t relax without Y/N there with me. And I’m hungry.”

“I’ll be in there in a minute and I’ll make sure to have a snack for you to eat. Okay?”

He nods and goes to lay back down.

They nod and set off on their mission. You go into your office and close the door. When you sit down next to Genji he wraps his arms around you.

“I’m sorry for calling you Mercy. My brain is just used to having Mercy fix me.”

“It’s alright Genji. I knew you didn’t mean it. I guess I was just a little jealous.”

He takes off his face mask and kisses your cheek.

“You know I love you. My sweet doe.”

You blush as he calls you that since he started calling you that when he first saw you summon your doe spirit during battle. It’s similar to the brothers dragons and Kiriko’s Kitsune. But the doe will pick the person or people who need healing and takes them to safety while healing them.

You two end up laying down and face each other.

“I think I need more healing, Y/N?”

“Why?”

“Because I think I might die from how cute you are.”

You two share a kiss. When Hanzo and Kiriko come back they hear the soft snoring of Genji and they just end up leaving a note with the snacks. Kiriko may or may not have taken a picture of you and Genji sleeping.
