I just wanted to tell you that I've binge watched your entire channel, it's almost like an addiction. It's extremely comforting, you have an extremely soothing voce and I am very much into aesthetics, though I'm trying to pull away from them a bit since I realize they lean into my automatic want to put myself and others into boxes.

Your video on dreamcore hit me particularly hard. I got an 89 on the hikikomori, and I struggle a lot with leaving the confines of my room. I have a vast imagination in my head, but I struggle to convert that imagination into art. I'm always amazed by people my age (20) or younger who make beautiful art and gather a following or make a career... at the same time it makes me sad in a way, I feel like I fell into limbo when I turned 13 and have to watch the world go by without me as I fall behind. but

Your videos gave me inspiration for the first time in years, and for the first time in a long time I felt calm... I never spoke to you but that means more to me than you could know. Sorry for rambling for so long, but I just wanted to say...

I am so incredibly happy that my videos have had such a profound impact on you. Thank you so much for sending this message my way, and I want you to know that it's incredibly brave of you to do so <3 I absolutely understand the struggle of feeling stuck and left behind in life; I have felt the same way for a really long time. Please remember that you are still incredibly young; you have all the time in the world to figure things out. As long as you're here, your life isn't over.

If you'd like to do art, go for it! Really, just do it! When I was younger, I got called 'talentless' and got rejected from an art class due to my lack of skill, and now I've made art my livelihood. Essentially what I am trying to say is that at first you won't be able to easily channel your imagination into art. It will be rough and difficult, and it won't look all that good. BUT! You should still do it. Because art is mainly for you, and if you long to make it, you should go ahead and do it. With time you'll get better, and if you don't judge yourself, if you let yourself be 'bad' and just enjoy the process, you'll find a lot of comfort in creating.

I am happy that I could give you inspiration; I am happy that I could give you a moment of calm.

I ultimately decided to fuck it and go for it because I was at a serious crossroads in life. I couldn't go to uni, lived in the middle of nowhere, had a passion for art and writing, and needed to have at least one thing going for me. So after years of thinking and not doing, I finally pulled the trigger and made my first YouTube video ^^

Hi, Juno. It's Michaela. I've recently been seeing video essays about a visual novel called "Needy Streamer Overload". You play as the producer for an up and coming streamer named Ame. Ame takes on a cheerful and bubbly persona called "OMGKawaiiAngel", or "KAngel" for short, but she's really a depressed drug addict who uses the internet as an escape.

I was thinking that you could use Ame as an example for when you do your menhera aesthetic deep dive someday.

I really like Need Streamer Overload so much that I even thought of making a video just about the game. I will 100% be using Ame as an example of Menhera :)

i still very much want to talk about bimbocore, i think it's a very interesting aesthetic^^ probably at some point bimbocore will win the poll and then i'll make an essay about it!

Don't worry about it at all! Your studies are the most important, and you should always focus on taking care of yourself. The Discord server is always open for you; people come and go from it all the time. and I can promise you that nobody (neither me nor the other moths) will hold you being less active against you! Most of us will probably just be happy to see a familiar face again :3
