well i'm really proud of you for finally being able to talk with your therapist about it, and you should be proud of yourself. unfortunately as i said, people are jerks. just gotta keep your head up love. you should've given the look right back. maybe she would've realized how awful of a person she is. the world has a lot of bad people in it but luckily for us there's also a good lot of great people in the mix. you've jsut gotta find those ones, you know?

thank you. but its just something that i have struggled with my whole life, and then i finally felt comfortable enough to talk to my therapist about it. and then it happens, right after i left the office. i’ve never seen someone look at me that way before.

well that lady is a fucking bitch. i'm sure you looked absolutely fucking gorgeous today. don't let other peoples shitty actions reflect how you feel about yourself. there are just some rude ass people in the world these days and while unfortunately we can't change/do anything about that we can just totally ignore them and their judgmental ass opinions. just try not to focus on the negativity because you might think there may be a lot of it but there's also a lot of positvity. and if you can't find any positivity or happiness, create your own. you got this.

so today in therapy, i was talking to my therapist about how my entire life i’ve been overweight and it caused me to be extremely insecure, sensitive, scared of what people think of me, and feel like people are always judging me

and then, when i was walking out of the building i saw a lady looking at me with the most disgusted look on her face.

it was literally the shittiest thing ever. and made me feel like crap. especially since i actually felt pretty today.

If someone tells you to listen to a song, listen to it.  It may be the worst song you have ever heard but they wanted to share it with you.  That is really special.  If it makes them feel a certain way and they are so adamant about you hearing it, take 5 minutes to hear it.  It shows a lot about someone.
